Well I just posted many of those same questions but in a much angrier context. I hadn't read your post but its cool to see we caught the same stuff. The sad part is most people probably don't even care about the things you point out as long as their favorite characters get together and have a kissing scene they could care less about giant holes in the plot or answered questions.

Today's episode was a big let down for me. They rush through all the things that need to be explained and gave us 40 mins of pointless banter and romance. I don't like that the fearless assassin Naksu gave up her power for some goofball romance. Truth be told they have chemistry but not romantic chemistry. They have best friend vibes or brother and sister vibes. I don't recall anyone questioning what caused the incident with the ice stone barrier? So much was not explained and does not make sense, yet we get rush through for some 3rd grade goofy romance. Jang Gang had to of known Jin Mu was up to no good for all these years? It is never explained what the deadbeat dad was doing for the last 20 yrs? Was he just bar hopping on Skid row? What happened to So-I after she gave her blood to save Seo? never explained ! The entire thing where Master Kang just wakes up from the dead and is able to kill people who are randomly trapped in the Squid Game bunker with no powers is just silly? Where the hell did Buyeon go is never explained? Did Buyeon create the Squid Game bubble to test Naksu or destroy the ice stone? Naksu didn't lose her powers right, she is just choosing not to use them, but either way doesn't she still need the ice stone or to reach Hanwsu to prevent herself from being petrified? or is Buyeon still in the same body as her. I'm sure the tomorrows episode will spend 2 mins answering some of these questions then 65 mins on cheesey fillers even though its the finale.

I agree some people are way off in left field. I know the drama is a little complex but its like some people are watching a completely different show, its not that hard to follow.

Actually Naksu is suffering from "writers block"

It's a thriller, action, mystery, romance and comedy all in one. Sometimes you will be on the edge of your seat, sometimes you will be re watching episodes to try figure out this complex puzzle filled plot and sometimes you will be rolling around laughing. The romance in this is not my cup of tea but for those who like cheesy romances its there.

Great, so you are watching a drama about an imagery country named Daheo were people gather energy from a magical lake and cast spells. A drama where the dead can be brought back to life or people can shift soul swap for different bodies, but somehow none of this is a problem but the King being the father of UK is?

Not that unpopular of an opinion. Many people don't feel the sparks or the romance.The actors certainly have chemistry but it just feels like two friends kissing not two lovers. The romance feels forced and gimmicky and I just can't put my finger on why that is.

He suspects very early on, its kinda of hard to say because from the viewer perspective at certain point you would think it should be obvious for him. But its really not made absolutely clear until much later on, I know he starts trying to cover for her during the Gil Ju incident around Ep 8

Yeah its really an unforeseen problem in that is JSM as Mudeok is one the greatest characters of all time.

What about the flowers and the beginning? I question everything from the mindset of a director. Why did they have flowers that weren't originally there and question whether it was a dream or not. What is the director/writers intention ? I don't think it's a dream but I wouldn't be surprised if the Buyeon is testing Naksu in a dream state.

Who is Buyeon? Buyeon, Mudeok, Naksu, Cho Yeong and maybe even Seol Ran(First Priestess). 18 EPs later and we are still trying to answer that question.
