wow the acting in this drama is so intense and unrivalled. This ML is a class act, absolutely phenomenal. the fight scenes were impeccable, custumes were tasteful, FL was my absolute favourite character in this series, and 2nd male lead stayed loyal till the end. now that i have mentioned what i liked, now i have a question, wtf was that ending? That wasn't what i was expecting after keeping awake for an entire night to watch this. This is the sadest ending of a drama i have watched in a while. Excellent drama with an unnecessary ending. On principle, when people suffer so much in a drama, you kinda give them a happy ending. If we wanted to watch reality unfold, we'd watch CNN, this is a drama, it shouldn't make we wish i didn't watch it afterwards. No wonder such an excellent drama has very low viewership.

you will not enjoy this drama if you don't find a drama that focuses a lot on the character development of the actors in the drama interesting. very few characters in this drama remained thesame way the started. they all had some form of character transformation and that added substance to the drama, made it more relatable and emotionally engaging. for some it would have probably come off as too much talk and less action, and perhaps boring. and for some people like me, it was the whole point of the drama. so it's either your cup of tea, or its not.

Tong Ye was such a hoot. I always laughed when we came on screen
