Yes. I understood their pairing more. The main one was rushed and suddenly, in the last episode, Sun was into…
Isn't that obvious? Sun fallen for Arhit when he was rescued from falling coconut and Arhit when he accidentally kissed are remembered their childhood. True Deux Ex Machina
I don't know about the others, but it seems to me that I can see similarities with some actual fanservices and…
But don't problems start from people? I love that show concentrated on people - because they are the ones that shape the industry. We could see how Pan and Nott did fan service after award ceremony because they wanted to trend and get back fans attention. We also saw how Nott blurred private life and acting while they filmed NC scene. We also got P (Taley) award speech - you shouldn't do BL just for award/popularity sake but for themselves (work you can be proud of). Which i consider foreshadowing ep.2 trailer - give this vibe. And many other things... it only episode from 20 so I am interested in seeing how far they go.
They had money to hire a trained monkey. Why did they spend money on a trained monkey?
I am pretty sure that investors don't get drama script - outline at most. They invest in names (director, scriptwriter and stars) and My Candy was so big of flop that it went from 12 to 6 episodes. So info the drama from this scriptwriter lost money probably spread pretty quickly in circle.
Idiots rate the show before even watching. There's nothing wrong with MDL math.
As a person who compared statistics between BL and HE shows I can assure you that there is something wrong. Check available statistics of BL and HE dramas yourself if you don't belive it

No it was definitely Ever Sun script - because he even said he was preparing for the next scene. There is also big - lack of product placement (expect resort itself)
Just checked aisplay where its premiering in Thailand - it kinda flopping 30k watchers is not much for BL standards. But its no wonder it has the same director as Unforgotten Night - who felt comfortable giving Yoon and Ton whip and saying go for it (without any instructions) - for their first BDSM scene and then airing it. ... Can I petition that guy to not get involved with BL anymore? He is just making actors look bad....
From various trailers ( 6 i watched - might be more) he is an existence that appears in every story as an industry star/ mentor. Its just my guess but he might be part of foreshadowing - in first episode he was talking about staring in BL - that you shouldn't do it just for award/popularity sake but for themselves (work you can be proud off) which is also the theme of episode 1 and 2 from what we could see.
Disagree this type of thinking is pushing all blame on fans while we can do shit about it. Shipping started as…
Same but I remember popularity of Naruto x Sasuke, Hikaru - Akira (hikaru no go), Xena x Gabriella and others there were so many fanfics etc but i didn't even know it was called shipping.... Fan service is topic for longer discussion because at the end of the day - fans want to support their idols - idols want to make money. It two way street as you said but its company and idols that decide on the form. I think many fans would come for recreation of their favorite scenes, some short acting performance or even photo, autograph or handshake event - the road they choose appeal to certain fans
Can someone point to me what YT version has censored? I am interested in watching the extended parts - but not so much for rewatching the whole drama...
We are only on so 3 so Iām still open to the plot getting more interesting, but Iām not a big fan of sea as…
Yup - Taley in book is funny, confident, quirky, and kinda mouthy. He also had this dry sense of humor - which made readers invested in what he would do next... Sea - Taley is kinda just there...
As a fan I felt exposed myself and it was uncomfortable. After all who is it that clamors for more NC? The show…
Disagree this type of thinking is pushing all blame on fans while we can do shit about it. Shipping started as innocent thing fans tended to do - but what companies did? Used it as a tool for promotion. They used actor names to promote ships in real life while before it was all about on-screen characters. ( I don't even names of actors that played some of the characters I shipped years ago) Fans want NC scenes that fit the story - if actor don't feel comfortable doing them rather than changing the script maybe he should look for a role that fit him better? Adults man acting as innocent 15yo are just cringy. It might sound harsh but if I am scared of water or of animals I don't accept work at the sea or at zoo. Just common sense. The same goes for fanservice - its actors and their companies decision - because they organize these events and make money off them. Fans for years were happy watching work / going to concerts and if they were lucky take photo with their favorite star, handshake events were also a thing. so, of course, fans are happy getting more - but it's not fans decision to take responsibility for the actions of companies and actors. If the actor spoke up straightforwardly for example that he is actor and don't feel anything romantic to his partner beyond the role - the majority - 90% of fandom who is very reasonable wouldn't push it. Sorry for the rant but this problem exist in Thailand for a reason and pushing blame on fans is just a smoke screen for companies and bad decision making.

You might be up to something - i checked and this was still filming when My Candy received fan love. So what if... after My Candy flopped sponsors backed off and Ever Sun never finished filming the whole script? Boun in BTS read pretty thick script... so is it possible that they only filmed it partial and put together to air what they got before sponsors backed off?
