At this point im watching this only for the actors it seems. Though acting can be better but plot is like going…
But wasn't Theory of Love similar? It didn't have strong plot - just basic groundwork while Gun acting as Third make us invested in his unrequited love...
Why is everyone down on Jimmy? I think he's doing a great job. I find Sea a little weak, TBH. Not terrible, but…
Because people don't know Peun personality. Is he supposed to be stiff? Playful? Easygoing? What exactly is his character setting? When people can't get sense of character self they first blame script or actor...
i don’t mind the quick romance, it kinda does feel natural because they instantly clicked and they’re both…
There is no universal timeline of people falling in love but in case of VV, Jimmy and Sea can't act out emotions to make Taley and Puen timeline believable...
not this being second worst bl in rating first is what the duck iconic
And it still have more traffic than some other higher rating drama like Our Days or Love Area Part two.... People here are at last interested in watching train wrack happen while two i mentioned died quietly in the corner.
This show feels like the ultimate checklist... - university - check - side couples - check - enemies to lovers? - check - beach trip - check - ex gf showing up - check - supportive lil sis - check Cooking is recently popular in BL Show? - Okay we make cooking the main character's specialties. Throw pink milk out! There is every Bl troop that exists in this show, implemented in a way that makes you think of a screenwriter checking out to-do list and not writing the proper show. Nothing feels genuine. I am both happy and unhappy that it's only /still has three episodes to go so I can't finish it and forget it.
Can you tell about sky and star series?? Should I give it a try?
Not the worst series produced by the GMMTV but also not the best... nothing we didn't see before. If it was from 2020 it would definitely be more popular.... but we are in 22 and BL progressed...
Hmmm, I have mixed feelings about this episode. There is no real stakes - what do Telay and Peun loss from not going back to their own universe? Telay life seems pretty great - he is rich, has nice and supportive family and friends while his father's company allows him to persuade his dream job under his own rules. Isn't that just a dream come true? Peun also seems pretty happy with his current situation. What if one of them decided that his life in their current universe was better and no longer would want to go back? Certainly, this universe is more friendly and open-minded to a same-sex relationships. 3 episode was also more straightforward and simple compared to the previous two, But this whole let prepare professional script level presentation with 0 experience after working for day and two just annoy me. I would buy that Taley and Puen can show amazing performance in their own field of expertise but this whole script scenario was just insulting to Tun education and hard work over time. The same goes for the whole "let's live Tun / Tess best lives!". Taley until now just did things he liked to do, learning about Tess from a few comments from people around him. Did he even think for a second what real Tess wanted? He had no objection to starting working in his father's company when it was directly stated that Tess didn't want to have anything to do with it. It's like he autocorrects everything to fit his vision of what is right without even trying to understand what real Tess wanted. Tess bad grades might be caused by him majoring in something he was forced to study and not just because he is an immature brat - that Taley thinks he is. The same goes for other Taley assumptions. Making me feel that Taley is a self-righteous prick, while Puen is still a kinda mystery because he feel more like a series prop than a real character to me. Even though the whole episode was dedicated to the relationship-building of the two leads I can't say I understood them better after this episode. This series has real potential but I feel like something is missing.
be serious 😭 top or bottom discourse over their ship name?!?! does that really matter at all??
Just to break stereotype in BL of poor good boy bottom and rich bad guy top. Otherwise, I don't care. But it would be refreshing to see a bottom that doesn't end up treated like 5 years old that needs to be protected all the time and having his IQ drop dramatically after having sex...
I don’t think they’ve cut out the supernatural stuff. It seems to me like they wanted to showcase the romantic…
It's probably coxing medicine in sugar strategy. Most BL watcher (me included) are mostly interested in romance aspect since I can watch better mystery, crime etc. show from other countries. So if i edited trailer i would also appeal to thing that brought me to Thai Bl in first place - romance. While selling rest of the themes in the drama itself. Not Me sold action on the main trailer resulting in many people thinking it was not BL or it was not something for them.
This had the potential to be a cute little summer rom-com... It's a real shame since the location is beautiful…
It reminds me of kpop stories where agencies cast actors in bad roles on purpose to lower their value before contract renegotiation.... Because hell... You really need to work extra hard to produce something of this level...
