Yess,the story,fighting scenes and cinematography are excellent,and they was filming on real location with beautiful scenery,i never see current c dramas like this… i always hope someday feiyu can get this kind of drama again

In the novel,he suffer a lot yes,but definitely never caused any trouble for the fl.. i feel is a bad writing for the ml in the drama

He never has spiritual power or save the fl,or being a strong egoistical one,but can help her in some way using with his own resorfulness,this is clearly display in the novel…and the ml already save by the fl many times,more than in the novel,what’s wrong with showing him using his ability to help the fl just one? The drama already removed his biggest highlight and gave it to other random chara in eps 35,just for the sake to give more screentime to other character?this is actually his chance to help the fl just once…. Feiyu and sun qian had promoted 1970 on their weibo from time to time during airing,they also doing livestreaming,and also attended hello saturday to promote it… i don’t think they want to save up promotion for lbtg since the drama from different producer, there isn’t offline promotion for lst70 but maybe that’s the decision from tencent and the producer,nothing to do with lbtg,and it’s normal for actor to air their one after another…. But yes i think lsti1970 will be one of the best drama in 2026,even now already top 1 on cvb from all dramas airing on q1,idk what will happened with lbtg,seem not doing well in china

1970 got high rating on cvb ,this the most important for period drama aired on cctv,and 1970 has been achevive more than that,also top many charts during airing,which impressive… it does not overshadow by lbtg in china,1970 bring feiyu’s popularity further by gaining general public and mainstream audiences,more than just internet buzz from idol drama… i think this is the most important part

Actually i never see they are as dominant and submissive,they are equal in their relationship…it is not like he follow all simu want from him,and though simu has power,she never try to dominate him when they are already a couple

Good to see simu portrayed as powerful as in the novel,but my problem is why they have to render the ml as worhtless in the drama while the fl already so powerful? In the novel he is a human,but he can hold himself better than this,not always needing the fl to save him,simu never kill human just because of him,here they render him as so useless so far

Idk how far they follow the novel since latest eps actually deviated too much in the drama,but in the novel,the kid actually become the next ghost king,replacing simu,because simu choose to live as a human with duan xu

But do you see if duan xu in the drama has strong sense and responsibility as a general who is resolute and unwavering to acclaim the 17 prefects,same with with simu for her world? Or he just lost from time to time and put more important for chasing simu,neglecting his duty? In the novel his love for simu and his dream are equally important,because this also his redemption,he can not stop,even for simu…..but even the drama made simu killed human for duan xu,out of her anger,seem so ooc for me,i feel the only purpose just to give more screentime for other character
