It was decent watch, still comprehending why the writers want to ruin the whole drama by giving us vague like ending, they should have just given us proper ending, so we won't we pondering the ending incessantly.

Why can't he just move on and just help her, and she help him not as a lover but as a former lover/love interests or fellow compatriot. This could be very interesting, both helping each other, without any hindrance of romantic feelings. She lives her life as a wife of that general or whoever he is, and he live his life with 2nd female lead. Both will be happy with their new love interests :)
