Sparks flew when Yan Dan first met Tang Zhou in the Human Realm. Seriously, they were just staring at each other from afar, but even then their chemistry were pretty strong. As I said, I like Yumo. But he's acting like an overprotective father and turning his love into an obsession.

Anyway, episodes 21 and 22 were fillers imo. I'm enjoying these quiet times, but I want the plot to move forward already.

And that is when second leads start getting on my nerves. Instead of just moving on, they tend to get obsessive. I've never really suffered from second lead syndrome. I'm like... if I think the main leads don't have chemistry, I drop the drama pretty fast.

He's weird like that. He's a bored ancient being who gets fun out of flipping tortoise. lol Or maybe he's really helping them cultivate. 😅​

Judging by the previews, Yan Dan can never get the upper hand over Ying Yuan, even when his powers are diminished. Poor thing! 🤣

I keep thinking that maybe Ying Yuan is actually Xuan Ye himself, and not really his son. But if that turns out to be true, things will get pretty messy at the end.

It is still very much one-sided. They haven't met yet though, and Yan Dan doesn't remember him.

He will probably sacrifice his mortal body to save Yan Dan later on though.

Yes. Luming will go to the mortal world to tell him about his mission. But he can't unlock his powers, because his mortal body can't handle them. He's got to be careful not to let that happen.
