I see your point, but I think you’re connecting it a bit too directly.

Liking flowers doesn’t automatically mean she carries DZ’s soul, it can just be a consistent trait, not literal identity.

Also, I feel like JL might already have an idea it was LWY who helped him at his lowest. Since LWY went back in time and was actually the “doll” he called A’Wu, it wouldn’t be surprising if he subconsciously recognized her.

As for ManMan and JL, there could be some thematic link, but it doesn’t necessarily have to be a strict “fated” connection for the story to work.

She gets reborn and reincarnated as a human, and even then, she still likes flowers. That suggests there’s something consistent about her beyond all the external influences, something that carries over no matter the body, memories, or origin. And in that life, she'll like JL too

Then if we’re going to go that deep into what shapes consciousness, you could also look at it from a fantasy perspective, something like fate playing a role, not just DNA or fragments of souls.

Because in the end, it kind of supports that idea too.

Exactly. LWY would even sacrifice herself for JL if it meant saving him, that alone proves her feelings are truly her own. At that point, it’s no longer about where she came from or whose memories she started with, but about the choices she makes and the love she actively shows.

I think you’re a bit confused about how her identity works.

LWY isn’t just a “mix” of other people with nothing of her own. Yes, parts of her were influenced or created by others, but over time she developed her own consciousness, choices, and emotions. So the love she feels isn’t fake or borrowed, it’s something she experiences as her own, even if her origin is complicated.

It’s the same with JL. He didn’t fall in love with a checklist of traits from different people, he fell in love with the person in front of him, the version of her that exists now. Even if her past is tied to others, that doesn’t erase who she has become.

So it’s less “he loves someone who doesn’t exist” and more “he loves someone whose identity was formed in an unusual way.”

It will be a lot. And we will be crying more and more. That part in Hanba is not the only part she was able to time travel.

The previews don’t help at all, they’re cut to be misleading on purpose. They mix timelines and scenes out of order, so when you actually watch the episode, it feels completely different.

I think it will be around ep 25 or 26, we'll see the crying episode, if I'm not wrong. But basically yes, LWY is deliberately withholding information, even from JL

She's trying to prevent his death

Exactly. Fans keep complaining that everything is confusing, but of course it is, the story hasn’t fully unfolded yet. Not every detail is supposed to be laid out from the start. If they think this is hard to follow, they’d completely lose their minds watching something like Dark or From.

LWY is keeping things hidden, especially to JL. She's going to try and steal the ring to save JL. The time travel triggered when JL already died, it's that dragon scale he consumed when he was a fox. It fed on his loneliness and obsessions. Basically, it talked to LWY if she wants to time travel and try to save JL
