The storyline should always come first, rather than favoring any actors. I’m not just here to watch a cas, I’m here for the story itself. That said, I actually appreciate how GJM executed the narrative, even though I already knew what was going to happen.

Some viewers really just watch for their favorites, and they may not be as invested in the overall storyline. The plot tends to matter more to them when it centers on the characters they like
I am so thoroughly bored with Ji Ling and Wuyi's plotline, and the terrible direction is trying soo hard to make…
Honestly, LWY and JL actually have one of the strongest storylines in the show. Their arc has a lot more depth, especially once you see the full picture of what they’ve been through. As someone who read some of the leaked scripts, LWY and JY has some of the epic love stories.
That said, if it’s not working for you, it’s totally fine to drop it. No need to force yourself to keep watching something you’re not enjoying.
Actually, they’re not they’re going to go live off in a different timeline after all is said and done.
I've seen some say that they'll be together in another life with JL retaining his memories. Though, given the director, it could just be a "what-if" or a hallucination. I won't expect a HE given the director
The plot is what makes me so invested in the drama 🤣🤣🤣. I want plots like this. Reminds me of Dark and…
It’s not that overly complex (at least for me), but that’s probably because I already have a general idea of what’s going to happen from reading the script. The show isn’t trying to spell everything out, it deliberately withholds information and jumps between timelines instead of giving a straightforward explanation. It, actually, feels like those fantasy novels that I've read, but in this case, more like a romantasy.
If you’ve watched The Haunting of Hill House, it’s kind of similar in the sense that you don’t get the full picture right away and timelines are fragmented.
Ep 22 so I’m confused can someone explain to me who ji ling is and lowkey I’m finding Wu Shi Guang and his…
You still do not know who JL is? You need to rewatch it 😂😂. Ji Ling is the acting drgaon deity as of the moment. He was just a normal red fox when he was saced by Chi Wen (the original Drgaon Deity). He consumed the dragon scale, hence, he bcame the vessel for the dragon deity.
The one who can travel back in time is someone who lives inside of him, basically, the dragon scale he consumed. It fed on his loneliness and obsession and later, gained the ability to time travel
Dude, what was up with that episode? So is there a possibility still that WSG can become the final dragon I mean,…
You just have to go watch it and all. You really will be confused until all of the episodes has been released already. The answer to your question are in the succeeding episodes, not just the next episode.

She keeps on repeating the past because she wants to save Ji Ling and every time, she fails
