I don't understand the role of Situ Feng father and Chen Qing Qing grandfather in this story. I thought there will be more conflict within each families, but its none. Still good series if you like the actors.

It's not the heat of platform but more on Douyin, Weibo, and other social media hits. But I agree it would increase LTY, Song Xinran, and Zhang Zihao exposure since they starred in both dramas.

All this time, I thought it was IQIYI own money and IQYI find advertisement.

I know but still they won't release their own drama at the same time. I mean imagine if Disney release The Avengers and Star Wars at the same time, it would hurt each other box office. The better strategy is release one after the other like Youku release BFTB after TTOFM, instead of releasing both dramas at the same time.

I thought the system is broadcasting platform invest money and production company is the one who make the dramas. Usually there is broadcasting platform name as producer if I am not wrong. For example the producer in BOR is Dai Yin (an executive in IQIYI). I doubt she can become the producer if IQIYI doesn't give money to Siba to produce BOR.

If Siba really push these 2 dramas to air simultaneously, then I don't know what they are thinking. It will only hurt their own dramas. Being hurt by other company dramas in one thing, and hurt your own dramas is another thing.

I thought the one who gave money is Tencent.

No wonder I see some Siba actor and actress in this series. I can understand why they release tthis on 21 June instead of 10 June to avoid conflict with BOR.

I interpret the rewind back only happen at different time line. But nothing change in present time line.

Personally I enjoy it. You can try few episodes to see if you will like it or not.

Someone said it has happy ending with special episode.

No you are not the only one. Both of them have soft face which is suitable for Xianxia. Can try Good and Evil if you haven't watch it. Personally I like him better there.

For me, it's happy ending and I enjoy it. Not much of love triangles. The romance most of the time is between ML and FL. Some separation but only moment.

The cast and crew will be happy knowing someone like you appreciate their hard works.
