Satomi in the house??? ヾ(*’O’*)/✧\(>o<)ノ✧🫶😭💕🥹🫰💃🛐🌻✨🌾🍧🍻
Now this list is the most powerful list to ever exist, fr fr fr 💁!
+ Please that "नहीं to हां" when?
Thanks for the kind words. If you read the disclaimer part, we have already linked the main article that we took reference from, and the conclusion of our survey is compared to the survey they talked about.
Also, in the credit section at the bottom, all the articles have already been linked for readers. Except for the part "The Concept of Otona Kawaii in Dramas" [which includes its reasons, types, and kabedon], we haven't added anything on our own; it was only after heavy research. But then the internet is not as vast as you think; we couldn't go any deeper than that, and I guess apart from kawaii culture, Japanese people also have a fondness for plain-looking things and decency. So there's a huge diversity.
But since our topic only covered one issue, we didn't talk about other aspects, and trust us, we talked to foreigners living in Japan through Instagram and cross-checked some details.
Thanks for reading 🍧💞✨
Who is your favourite female character?
And I agree with you 101%! Those innocent girls can never be me! Even in dramas, they show how much girls suffer to maintain their delicate personalities, even though they want to shout their desires.
A very... difficult question!
So, as I already mentioned in one of the replies, these countries, despite having some tensions here and there, have a lot in common. Like the idol culture from Japan, it was adapted in Korea, resulting in their own style called K-pop
The basic concept is mostly the same, imo, but the way of representing them is always unique! For me, K-drama girls have this strong mindset, like even if they are acting cute, they will shout their thoughts out. But Japanese girls tend to be shy. I PREFER KDRAMA FLS over Jdrama fls but for the story-line + entertainment, definitely Jdramas.
Thanks for reading and sorry for late reply ❤️✨
Thanks for always helping us ❤️✨You :D best and kindest 🥺
I can't say much about it, but I once saw an interview of an actor who played the role of a drug addict doctor obsessed so much with love that he used violence against the female lead. And it was portrayed as a normal love story.
So he was asked how he felt while playing that character, knowing that he was sending out the wrong message of love!
He said, "My job is to act, not to justify any character; characters are written by writers to suit the story; my only job is to convince the audience that I am that character, good or bad, or cringe-worthy whatever.
So I guess that applies everywhere hahaha!
Thanks for reading (≧▽≦)
Did you know emojis are originally from Japan? What a cute way of texting, and then we have these cute filters from China!
The idol culture for which K-pop is internationally recognised is originally from Japan [Japan's idol industry first emerged in the 1960s]
I didn't found many resources to back this statement up but here's one article - https://www.echinacities.com/expat-life/So-Cute-Chinas-Obsession-with-Ki
Thanks for reading 🍧💞✨ and sorry for late reply (´ . .̫ . `)
You gave us a very difficult classification because we also notice this pattern that crime and thriller movies usually portray female leads with strong mindsets. I guess the overall aura of the drama affects the characterization.
In rom-coms, we will mostly have cute female leads. Some of them are truly adorable, and some of them annoy us [please check the kinds of female leads in the Jdrama section].
But I am here giving you some names of the Jdramas (not crime thrillers) that have cool fls
🌼Kemono ni Narenai Watashitachi
🌼Nigeru wa Haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu
🌼Hajimete Koi wo Shita Hi ni Yomu Hanashi
🌼Hotarugusa
🌼Gibo to Musume no Blues
🌼Nijiiro Karute
🌼Tsubaki Bunguten
🌼Nagi no Oitoma
🌼Kono Otoko wa Jinsei Saidai no Ayamachidesu
🌼Kore wa Keihi de Ochimasen!
🌼Janus no Kagami
🌼Natsu no Koi wa Nijiiro ni Kagayaku
For more you can go through my custom list 💕✨ or even this article can give you plenty of recs.
There's a lot of misleading information on the internet, but because we foreigners must only rely on that, we want you to assist us in learning the truth about this matter since I can tell by your self-assured criticism that you have a lot to say. [ And even though our article is lengthy, I trust you have already read it from top to bottom because you seem so furious.]
Thanks for reading 🍧💞✨
Dekho aesa h ki m kewal aapko bol skti hu apni mnn ki cheeze, baaki to sab mujhe dusri dunia k lgte h
It was a bit frustrating because of all the love triangles but who can resist Dean Fujioka?
Enjoy (*˘︶˘*).。*♡
When we discussed this issue on feeds, we learned about otona kawaii, which was very intriguing for us as we don't have terms for certain personality traits in our countries.
So basically, because the female leads of Jdrama were mainly discussed, we picked this topic.
But I also rarely see any discussion on sexism or abuse against men.
In Japanese dramas, the most I see is workplace bullying and pressure on men to perform well.
Writing on the topic you mentioned will simply be an article on *toxic women*
Whereas our article discusses the societal factors affecting these cultural trends alongside the diversity of fls in Jdramas.
But surely the issue you mentioned needs attention.
We offered our perspective, although not on the current cultural trend, but rather on the dramas, because while investigating, we only found comparable stuff.
It would make us happy if you shared your favourite shows with us because we are part of a single yet diverse drama watching community, and if certain kinds of characters exist, then it's because they are appreciated.
❤️❤️❤️✨
Regarding this statement "I didn't know that J- society was much more worse than the Indian society"
I kind of agree and don't. India's society has made great strides in recent years when it comes to elevating women, but Japan outperforms us in certain other areas.
A society is what its positive and negative elements collectively form it!
But yes, the topics we covered in our article were undoubtedly both saddening and eye-opening.
Hahahaha, I want to be friends with you too! *Sending you Friend request rn*
Thanks for reading 🍧💞✨
I guess you can suggest this to the author of "If My Life Was a K-Drama" to turn this into an article series focused on different MDL countries.
But we would definitely love to write one because the world of Jdramas is super fun!
