Thanks! Same he will be always my fav Japanese actor other than Shota Matsuda Plus it’s sad his recent dramas haven’t been subbed and it makes me so upset how today’s fan base mainly talks abt kento and suda and mackenyu when actors like haruma exist
Really? Haha I'm in love with Eun Chae's character. She is doing well so far. I don't think she's overreacting…
:) I mean she’s just playing any police officer we see today in a drama they don’t have much to contribute she’s a good actress but yea in this she’s constantly getting angry and hyper in almost every situation
What’s sad is that kjw is literally sidelined in this just like what happened with him in coffee prince In coffee prince Kim dong wook got so many lines despite being a supporting role and kjw rarely had lines and we see the same in this;(
Plus the annoying acting by Jung eun Chae she’s overacting in every situation
Hope this gets better and wonder when kjw gets to shine
haha it's okay, we all have our preferences! He's definitely a very emotive character, which is great for character…
Thanks! Oh do watch Boku no Mari I haven’t read the manga but after completing the drama I read a summary of the manga and damn once you think abt the drama it stays in your mind beautiful acting by the female lead cause most Japanese female leads act so weak but damn the fl in this one was so powerful But ryo’s role although true to the manga was a character that I despised cause of the character given to him and this drama mainly stands on the fl performance but yea do read the manga after completing cause you might get confused after the ending
SO DAMN UNDERRATED why have people forgotten abt such a fabulous actor? All I see on Twitter people talk abt suda masaki and kento and mackenyu This guy’s acting in Boku no ita jitan and taisetsu make him one of my fave Japanese actors When he cries to his mom in Boku na ita jitan , when his walk staggers I still remember crying
I loved him in gokusen as ren kazama the golden highlights the rebel attitude
Really overrated, why is he playing crazy disturbed characters and he’s always shouting or playing a weird character in most roles I see him in, there’s so many better Japanese actors who deserve more praise such as Miura Haruma, ryo Yoshizawa
For me he’s way way way better than Masaki Suda and Yamazaki Kento! No comparison at all, suda and kento are so overrated
Ryo’s firm and stable versatile expressions make him a wow actor. Kento and suda no offense but suda is most of the time playing crazy psychologically disturbed characters always shouting and kento has no expressions and he delivers dialogues in one manner but I love how ryo is a master at versatile roles and how he has this fatal gaze My fav performances of him was in Love in Hong Kong such natural acting and then in Cold Case - his cameo was so powerful
He played a really boring character in survival wedding so cheesy but yea it was nothing interesting plus they put so much powdered makeup on his face when ryo has beautiful dark skin
Do you know if river’s edge is subbed yet and also I found gintama episode 3 of Mitsuba arc subbed but do you have link of episode 2 sub link? I didn’t find tomodachi game the movie eng sub link -is there a link for that?
Y’all know what made this drama really enjoyable the side characters their interactions at the banks was really nice N is a wow actor so idk why they gave him such an annoying and minor role he’s capable of a much stronger role and the main lead han ji min CLAPS FOR HER she was honestly the first female lead I saw who was so refreshing so unique cause most leads I see are kinda annoying or just that they don’t have various shades of personality but not seo woo Jin! Her character is so damn beautiful so versatile she’s a frustrated wife but starts out as cute immature student and the emotional sides she portrays as a banker damn her acting was so beautiful and her raspy voice I LOVE HER FASHION IS TOP NOTCH when she’s a banker just wanna say She’s not looking for love like so many female leads today and she has her own stance and stability in life waah I loved her
Ji Sung obviously fabulous he grows and realizes his mistakes
Just one name ji Sung when he cried for his daughter when he cried for his wife the genuineness of his crying DAMN how real can one get this is the beauty of his acting it’s so real The arrest scene was the best when he shouts his wife’s name and crying and that peace of mind you see in ji sung’s eyes as he shouts her name to the villian that atleast he had the chance to tell the villian of how much agony he’s gone through after losing his wife and the wink in the last episode yess
So honestly this drama has its interesting aspects but it’s not wow overall Basically Stranger is abt corruption and the fight against it and finding the bad people
There are twists at end of some episodes but they’re all insignificant to the interesting part abt stranger in my opinion
What makes it different and interesting is the emotional aspect- Shi mok’s character and him struggling to show emotions and holy shit the scene where he really feels for eun soo was so damn beautiful Also I love Chang jun’s Character the acting the eyebrow raise and dong jae also acted great!
But yea if y’all looking for a fab crime psychological drama Hello monster is the way to go
LOVED IT SO MUCH! Ryo’s Best drama for me! It was nothing unique of a story but how two individuals with similar experiences and way of thinking meet and the natural chemistry bw the eiko and ryo was a beauty Definitely recommend!
The only reason I continued watching this drama was for Yoon Eunhye. I did not feel the chemistry between the…
Omg agree! I literally watched this for him and noticed how his scenes started and got cut off within seconds so we couldn’t get a glimpse of his past and how he had almost no lines
Didn’t like this drama at all, I understand it appeals to some but didn’t like it, I was watching this drama for Kim jae wook and it was so upsetting how he had almost no lines and his scenes were literally cut off within seconds when he’s known as one of of the coffee princes but was almost invisible in the drama. Even the other side characters had so many scenes and lines but not kjw Another thing that made this drama so boring was the han seong and yoo joo scenes oh gosh such a drag The main couple had few funny scenes but couldn’t ship them There are few good lines in this drama however mainly upset how jae wook has almost no lines and how the main fl even neglects him when he wants to dance with her oh gosh that made me angry like why would you do that when he’s being a sweetheart?
Plus it’s sad his recent dramas haven’t been subbed and it makes me so upset how today’s fan base mainly talks abt kento and suda and mackenyu when actors like haruma exist
