I haven’t watched this however Haruma is one of the best Japan has , his performance in boku no ita jitan was phenomenal so I recommend you see that if you haven’t

Have you even seen his other works ?? He’s one of the best actors , I highly recommend the hours of my life and taisetsu

the ratings are such bs 6.6?? This drama right from the first episode is fast paced and really funny I love Kyoko since Takane no Hana and this drama proves her versatility

EXCELLENT COMEDIC TIMING BY YAMADA AND CHIBA! Their chemistry and matsuya’s quick changes of cute to serious expressions is a treat
Haru and the brother made this drama frustrating to watch tho

Why the low rating?!! This was such a good show! I loved obata san hes so loving and understanding and he really takes care to not upset aki and they both support each other it’s so beautiful
I also loved how Riko pulls through the tough things
It goes the different route which I love- second lead deserves the girl

I’m here to say this is actually chiba’s best performance , him as ryuichi shook me to the core his smooth transition of changing expressions, how his feelings progress as he starts thinking what is right and what is wrong, his intense psychological insights, how his conscience starts waking up
Guys yea his role is disgusting it’s just eww but don’t stop yourself from watching this drama just cause of the eww comments you will see,
see it for Chiba yudai’s phenomenal acting plus damn he looks so freakin handsome

HILLARIOUS MY FAV WAS CHIAKI AND KOKI I first thought chiaki was a druggie cause he acts so dozed off haha but that’s just his way of talking he’s like the Japanese version of a white hippie and his use of English like “oh my god” and when he see the male coach taking a bath his reaction was crazy funny! I also loved Chiba super cute friendship with Ryo and taishi , chiba’s acting was great as always, this shows proves he can also do comedy
Kento as usual very boring role nothing special
The female lead was very cute and great chemistry with Naoya
Overall hillarious and must watch!

Agree the show itself was boring but even tho I had a thought that Chiba was evil, I wouldn’t say it was predictable cause his character took a turn in the end itself

THE REAL STAR OF THIS SHOW IS CHIBA YUDAI DAMN HIS ACTING WAS CRAZY GOOD I’m not gonna spoil it but the suspense was lit! So kudos to the writer for that

So honestly a really boring show there’s no development in the plot it’s just abt few convicts running and hiding from the police and it’s really frustrating how Ataru keeps delaying time to help his daughter cause he spends too much time helping the convicts

Plus how useless is the wife and the retired policeman is of no help couldn’t they have taken loans for the surgery? Plus the wife’s acting was really bland , she had no emotion

Watch it for Toshio San what an actor Chiba is he pulls of any role from cute to complex

CANT STOP LAUGHING , every moment is hillarious
Ueda as matsumoto is fabulous perfect comedic timing and how he has these crazy expressions typical of a Japanese drama character and daiki as inaba is also a treat to watch
I love how Japanese dramas are so unique, not all of them but some are just so interesting like how this drama combines two different subjects- being frugal and rock music
