Not a problem with questions! :D I love questions, when I'm in the mood for them. jkjk

I actually watched In Time With You in-between dramas, so that might account for me feeling like it was less draggy than it is. Looking back, it did take a while for the story to really progress, but I know it's all worth it! Once you finish it, I bet you'll really like it overall. They spend a lot of time showing how close of a relationship the two have, and it's less eventful than the usual Kdrama, so I think that might be part of what makes it feel slower than it actually is in comparison to what we usually watch. Kdramas pack in a heck of a lot of drama and crazy situations in one hour, whereas ITWY takes the scenic route and spotlights the little things in life. *shrugs* I think if you keep at it you'll find it's rhythm and like it better!

Have you seen any other new dramas since we last talked??

I heard Woody Sambo is like crack on crack. haha I always think it looks interesting, but then I don't want my love of Nicholas Teo spoiled. XD However, there's a newer drama he was just in, but he looks OLD!! T.T It's not subbed yet, but I don't think I'll ever watch it. I'll just keep Smiling Pasta as my outlet of fangirl love for him. XD He's actually a singer, so he doesn't act in many dramas. If/When you watch Smiling Pasta, you'll have to let me know what you think of his drop dead gorgeous smile! :P

It's been a long time since I've seen Fondant Garden, and I think it was one of the first I ever watched, and I was in the mood for a more serious drama, and it's more light a fluffy. I honestly think I was really harsh on it, which is unusual for me considering how I give out 10s like it's Christmas. But I'm an emotional rater, so I was probably cranky with it for not being what I needed at the time. It honestly probably deserves a 7 or 8, and to be fair I might re-watch it now that I have more drama watching experience and re-rate it. Do you ever go looking for a drama, wanting it to fit specific requirements, have a certain feeling throughout, but it has the opposite of what you demanded it did? All irrationally, of course, but eh. That's what happened with Fondant Garden. So don't take my rating to heart and give it a chance. A lot of people loved it!.

Poseidon was really actually mildly done. There was drama and action, but it wasn't anything like Iris or Athena. It had a happy ending, but the romance could have been better displayed. :/ More kissing was needed, but oh well. haha I actually watched it after I paused watching Athena, and then paused watching Iris for the same reasons as you're afraid to add it to your PTW list. Firstly, Athena has Cha Seung Won (AKA Dokko Jin) as the evil guy...and it literally hurt my heart to see him that way. Even if he does evil so damn well...Then Iris...god it stole my heart within the first few episodes...but then I know it doesn't have a happy ending, and I peaked to see just how bad it was really...and was utterly devastated. >.<; I know I'll watch them both soon, but I couldn't do it!! So I understand, but Poseidon is like child play compared to those two. It's a fun and fluffy watch with a little action thrown in.

I haven't really paid much attention to Cruel City at all, but I know a lot of people love it. I don't think I'll watch it either right now because like you said, it probably has a tragic ending. Why can't really good action movies ever have a happy freaking ending?? Is there a rule out there that says the hero or heroine must die at the ending?? I bet there is damnit. -.-

haha I'm usually not for the "gangster" guys in movies/dramas, not entirely sure why, but there are always exceptions and I adore a protective male lead. They're great for girlish squeals and long winded awwwwsss. :D I suppose not all Tdramas have steamy kiss scenes, but the majority do! ;P

What an awesome birthday present!! I still haven't watched the series yet, but I know you love it, so it's a great gift for you! Shawn did good! Are you getting all dressed up for the comic con?? Zombie costumes are pretty much the best freaking thing in the world to create! So much fun!

*Snorts* I look ahead on half the drams I watch! haha I regret nothing!! I guess I get too nervous when I'm watching/involved in a particularly awesome drama and need reassurance that I won't be utterly devastated at the end. XD I also think putting something on hold for a while because we fear the end of it isn't bad either, it's kind of fun because when you pick it back up, you can re-watch what you did before with the same excitement as the first time because there's still something new coming after you're caught up again. At least that's my theory. XD

OH! ALSO! (sorry for bombarding you with all my pent up babble >.>;) I noticed you added Woody Sambo onto your PTW list! While I've never seen that, I did look at it because it has my first and forever fist T actor love! Nicholas Teo! *Swoons all over the place* That man...I swear! I don't know what he does to me, but when he smiles I become goo! GOO! I NEVER become goo! But he makes me goo. *Cough* >.>....<.<
I'm exceedingly hyper today, so I ask for forgiveness because of said hyperness. Either way! I think you should watching "Smiling Pasta" whenever you can, because it is utterly ADORABLE in every sense of the word! If fact, I think rewatching that just superceded finishing Fabulous Boys.

And I get exactly what you mean when you say you don't want to finish IHYV because then it would be over and even if you watch it again, it's not the same as being in that world for the first time. I've been doing the same thing with Dong Yi for the last few months! haha (I also skipped ahead to know for sure the ending was one I wanted before delaying, like you did with IHYV) XD I'm glad to know it ends the way we both wanted it to! I don't think I'd be as excited to start it if who we wanted to end up together didn't. :/

Oh! And I kind of lied, I did watch Poseidon, which was actually pretty good and kind of a fluffy action drama? If that makes sense? Not too realistic and not completely sensible, but an enjoyable watch. The only problem was I was watching on chris's blackberry monstrosity whenever we were somewhere with wifi and it was sketchy watching at best...in hindsight I should have used that time to reply to you instead, but apparently I'm a horribly selfish creature. haha

OH! Now that you've broken into Tdramas, are you planning on watching "Fabulous Boys"?? I think I'll finish that before starting IHYV. :D You'll have to keep me updated on how you're liking Love Around! I'm really excited that you've found you like TDramas, if you can't tell. XD Did you get anything awesome for your Birthday or did you do anything fun?

WAH! I'm super excited that you've broken into Tdramas!! You've got them pegged! While there's drama, they really focus on exactly what you said, and the romance is usually more pronounced and less...shy? Prudish? Ah heck, they have some steamy kiss scenes is what I'm getting at. :P Bahaha I haven't seen Love Around, but I'll definitely be checking it out once it's completed! I love the way Tdramas leave you with that warm fuzzy feeling. ^.^

OREGON..I got the 'O' right, so that's something. XD I'm sorry to hear you were sick. :( BUT I am happy that you're feeling better! At least you were able to relax and enjoy some drama time even if you were sick, so it's not all bad, eh? Awh crud, I missed your birthday didn't I? I'm always the male in the relationship when it comes to remembering important dates. Thank god for cell phone alarms, eh? *cough* Anyways, HAPPY (belated) BIRTHDAY!! <3 <3 I hope you had a good day yesterday and I hope your weekend is a blast!

Hey darlin!! :D I've missed you too! I'm sorry for being unavailable for a ridiculous amount of time. Life has finally gotten back on track. I got a decent job, enrolled in school, and moved into an apartment with just Chris and I. So it's been crazy busy! >.<; I haven't even watched anything new, if you can freaking believe that blasphemy. XD (Moving also meant I randomly checked MDL via my phone since I had no wireless, and after trying to reply to you and having it delete a good 15 minutes of text that I had to fight my auto correct to even get out, I said the hell with it and waited until the wireless got set up. XD So the thought was there...I was just too lazy to go the extra mile. haha I'm horrible.)

Anyways, how are you??? Did you finish I Hear Your Voice?? (Probably a silly question. :P) Did it end the way you wanted?? It's ok if telling me is a slight spoiler, I'm really curious! How did your trip to..Oaklahoma, I think, go? Tell me about your life for the last month!! :D I hope all is well deary! <3

I'm free this weekend too! :D So whatever time works for you two, is good with me. ^.^ WAH! That's so awesome that you got to see U-Kiss in concert! Even if I'm not a huge K-pop groupie, I still know a few of their songs! <3 I can imagine they'd be much more swoon worthy in person. I'm practically green with envy! >.< I'm guessing you had a blast there!
Wah! I hope the results are good! I'm sure they will be, knowing how much you study for the tests! I'm also glad to hear you're still taking Korean classes, even if I'm still jealous, but it's my own laziness that's to blame. XD haha
I've been pretty darn good! Like I said, I got my casts off and have been able to move around a LOT more, even if it's still more limping than walking. XD I've been focusing of physical therapy to re-build my muscles the last month for 4 days a week now, and that's been pretty hard. It makes me cranky as all heck during the week, which accounts for some of my delays in replying to everyone, so if theres a few days between messages, it's because of that. XD Other than that, I've been looking for a part time job to get back into the swing of things, but it has to be a desk job for right now. Anyways, overall, I've been pretty good! ^.^ Life is finally starting to move forward again. Let me know what time works this weekend! :D

Bahaha!! *Hugs!* I totally thought of Inuyasha too!!! haha that made my day! I was like..noooo....kikyo..Kagome...RUN!!! XD Not again! And I agree 100% with what you said about the mom. I just wanted to tell her to man up so many times. She did make a mistake, and at one point when they didn't point it out so much, I felt a little pity, but then they tried too hard to make you pity her, that just like you, I started to hate her for it. XD But papa still has my whole heart. I loved his character, even if he had bad taste in women. XD I also think that you're right about Suzy's character in some ways, the fact she never backed down from Kang Chi's side is a HuGE redeeming factor, and I didn't dislike her character, I just was hoping for less cliches when it came to her. It just ruined my overall feelings when it came to her and the story in general. Perhaps I'll have to watch this drama again when I have take a mini break from drama watching and I'll appreciate it more. ^.^

Haha I wouldn't be able to do so either if I had started it! Even when Gu had disappointed me, as soon as it was done I was all over it. haha XD So I don't see anything wrong with keeping up with IHYV. ^.^ What are you going to Oregon for??

The dubbing isn't bad at all. Tdramas have been getting a lot better with it that last year or so. I think it would be worth a watch, but I'll keep my verdict until it's over. It's also a few episodes shorter than the original, so I have a feeling that in the coming episodes is when the story will differ slightly. The reason I liked the J version was the slight differences (Although it didn't compare to YB) but the T version so far hasn't had any worth noting. *shrugs*

I am going to watch Nail Shop just out of morbid curiosity. XD Like you said, it's a car crash you just can't look away from. :P

Yeah! 146 episodes! I couldn't believe I actually endeavored on it, but the length of each one helped make the decision, and the female lead was a kick ass warrior who was fighting for freedom, so it hit my weak spot. I love kick ass fighting female leads too much. XD

This weekend should work for me as well! :D So whatever time you guys are both free, I'm good. Are you watching anything other than IHYV now that you've finished Nine??

Hey! Thanks for the request! ^.^ I love how you came to find Asian dramas, it made me laugh because I started out with manga and anime long before I even knew dramas were a thing. I like that you watch a wide variety of dramas from different countries instead of just Kdramas. ^.^ Anyways, enough of my babble. Any new dramas you've really enjoyed recently?

Yeah, I know! Haha But it truly is a testament to how amazing the acting and writing is that it doesn't feel like it's been 40 episodes already! O.O Sometimes I can't believe it has. It's just so good! Surprisingly I think that MY had a more tragic feeling throughout than Dong Yi does. There is tragedy, but for the most part, it isn't all the time and there's a LOT of humor and levity in it. I love the relationships that Dong Yi has with those on her side, they're such a pleasure to watch. I just had to take a break because it's coming to a head and her major secret is going to come out to the king/husband...and ugh! (That doesn't really ruin anything since you know what the secret is in the 1st ep) Either way, I'm so in love with it I can honestly say I'd probably re-watch it again in its' entirety. It's actually not the longest one I've watched. O.O Well...maybe. I watched a Philippines drama called Amaya with 146 episodes, but it's not listed on MDL. The episodes were also only 24 minutes in length, and I skipped quite a few because it got really boring in the middle. XD Not the best drama, but not bad, I don't regret watching it, bt wouldn't recommend it either. Anyways, sorry for all that babble. >.>;

I think after reading that last part, I'll put off Nine for even longer. haha

Yes! A movie night sounds great! I already told LD I was free tomorrow, but weekdays aren't so great for me now. When are you free darlin?

Oh that's good! I mean..I adore MY, but it's nice to have more levity. I don't think I can't handle another MY right now. XD Not to discourage you, but I don't know if you can hold off either. haha Just by reading how much you love it, I know I wouldn't be able to. Either way, I hope it doesn't disappoint you!
I started Fabulous Boys (The Tdrama version of You're Beautiful) for laughs and heart warming feelings during my break of Dong Yi! It only has 6 episodes subbed, but it's pretty much following YB to a T so far, which is good and bad I guess. I don't really like the main girl yet though. Her timidity (wow that's a word O.O Ignore me. XD) is a lot more annoying that Park Shin Hye's was and sometimes makes me want to hit her, but it's bearable. It might get better, so I have hope. Maybe I was just cranky at the time too. haha

I'll leave Nine for when I need a break from epic dramas then. Or whenever it seems like a good drama to watch. If I forget about it, maybe it'll end up being a pleasant surprise when I do watch it. :D I read your review on Nail Shop and it made me giggle. <3 I think I might just have to watch it just to see it. XD I can't believe it turned out that bad. So bad it's almost good, but not type of things? heh It might be worth it.

And when are you free for a movie night?? I'm free tomorrow, but the weekdays are pretty hectic for me. I got both my casts off and now am walking (well limping still XD) around! :D :D I have physical therapy four times a week, so the weekend are best. ^.^ How have you been?? Still taking Korean Lessons? I know a long time ago you had a few big tests coming up, how did they go??
