Haha We have opposite view points on some things. I really loved the dad's story so much, and while I didn't really like the mom, I loved the dad WAY too much! I also really did like Kang Chi and Suzy's relationship a lot, they has so many great scenes. I think one of my favorites is when he walks passed her like she did to him, treating him like a stranger, but then comes back right away just because he loves her that much and wanted to show her how it felt. That was just genius on the director's part. <3 I just think that Suzy's character was too inconsistent. At the beginning she was so kick ass and smart, and somhow towards the end she ALWAYS got hurt, couldn't fight as well as the others, and always needed to be saved. It was just such a turn around that it made me mad. And then they pulled the whole.."I'll have to leave you to save you" bit that I was fearing would happen since the beginning of the show, and it did. Then the ending was just so damn cliche it made me angry. They did all of the things every other drama does to try and be "different" or "unexpected", but it happens so often now that it's no surprise anymore. Maybe I just watch too many dramas. XD haha BUT! I did like Suzy's character a lot, she's just not a favorite because her character changed to fit the plot, and not the plot changing to fit the characters. Does that make sense? idk. haha But I'm glad we both enjoyed it! :D It was nice to see Lee Seung Gi again, that's for sure! <3

Ah, Missing You...I'll have to rewatch that again soon! Is IHYV as tragic as Missing You?? I know they have a tragic past...but is it as Melodramatic as MY?? I'm kind of scared of it now...but I'll still watch it of course. XD I'm glad you're loving it as much as MY! :D
I'm watching Dong Yi...which is utterly AMAZING...but I've taken a break because I'm far too invested at 40 episodes and there are still 20 to go..and I got to the point where I knew something horrible was going to happen...something tragic...and couldn't keep watching! haha I don't want to see Dong Yi suffer so much again and gosh damn it she's going to and i know she has to..and I get it..but I don't want to see it right now because I'm so invested it's like her character is a part of me. Even if I made sure it has a happy ending, it still scares me...So I've been playing games lately. XD Does that ever happen to you during a drama??

Haha I REALLY want to watch IHYV because everyone is raving about it, and I keep following their posts as long as there's no big spoilers, and already it seems an overwhelming amount of people want the same pairing as you do, so I hope the writers listen!! Also, that means Soo Ha is almost legal! In Amercian standards anyways. XD Either way, from what I've gleamed off of others, he's not a normal high school kid anyways, so there's that. (And I completely agree about Oska always being Oska! hahaha I'm the same with that actor!)
I put off Nine because of all the hype and I don't want to be disappointed. :/ The way you're describing it kind of fits exactly what I thought I would feel while watching it, or what I started to think during the first episode...that they had hyped it up way too much and there's only bitterness of what it could have been left, so I decided to wait. I do think the ring tone touch is nice though! :D
Gah..Gu...Idk. I'm just overall so disappointed in it. There were a lot of great scenes, and the scenes with the parents were top notch, but the story-line just fluttered in the wind until the very last scene. They just...*sigh* I wanted to love it as much as I loved K2H, but not even close. You're so right, LSG really really needs to do something similar in style to K2H again.

Ah, I selfishly want to take a free hat, but I won't. haha This is because I have two very good friends I grew up with whom are so talented in arts and making things. I realized that even if it is a talent, and seems easy for them to do, it doesn't mean they don't work hard or struggle to learn. They both sell their art to make a living and if I just ask for something, I always feel like I'm taking advantage of their hard work and effort just because we're friends, and almost devaluing their art? So I even pay them when I really want something, unless it's my Birthday. :P I'd rather support their passion and way of life than mooch I guess. I sincerely appreciate and love that you offered, but I'd feel too guilty afterwards and I have no way to exchange a handmade gift because all I can do it bake and you're too far for that. XD
I hope things aren't too crazy for ya, but Monday is close so you'll be able to breathe again!
Ji Jin Hee, Bae Soo Bin, and Ji Sung are my absolute favorites! <3 I love this article for bringing attention to these amazing actors that are also heart throb worthy. :D I'm currently watching Dong Yi, so I've been swooning over Ji Jin Hee and Bae Soo Bin for 40 or so episodes now. XD Not to mention I had just finished The Great Seer which had Ji Jin Hee and Ji Sung as well. They're all so multi-talented that they drew me in right away, even if The Great Seer took a nose dive story wise half way through. >.>; I actually went through and watched most of Ji Sung's dramas after it because I couldn't get enough of him. Anyways, awesome article! :D
*swoons* Can I just say that I ADORE all the Lee Seung Gi pictures on your profile!! Definitely one of the best ways to fill up a profile page yet! :P Haha Anyways, Thanks for the request! :D How are you? I'm glad to see some of the dramas I love also on your favorites list! ^.^ What have you been watching recently?

Oh those are all good ones too! :D I just haven't seen Faith (Idk why I'm avoiding it) or Jang Ok Jung yet. I won't watch Jang Ok Jung for a while though since Dong Yi has a different portrayal of Jang Ok Jung (right before and after she turned evil) so I'll wait until my brain can watch JOJ without any prejudice. XD
Omo is Dong Yi ever amazing! I love it! To be honest, I'm more than half way through, but it's already an absolute favorite. The costumes, the characters, the writing, and the acting are all astounding. I just can't get enough of it. Not to mention the chemistry between the leads is so adorable! If you ever have time, you really need to watch it! I'm sure you'd love it! :D

Haha I'm pretty good as well, thank ya! ^.^ My preferences are pretty much the same as yours! :D I broke into Historical dramas a while ago and have been on a binge of them, any countries historical dramas. My favorites have been Bu Bu Jing Xin, The Vigilantes in Masks, My Bratty Princess, Dong Yi, and probably The Moon That Embraces The Sun. What are yours? ^.^

I did finish Gu, and I was pretty disappointed over all. If you're worried about it being a typical historical (even though Idk if you've watched one yet XD) it's not. It just kind of a story set in that era...but it doesn't really even feel like a historical, so i wouldn't be too worried about it. I just think they had WAY too many cliches and I really disliked the ending because I knew that's exactly what they were going to do, because they were trying too hard the whole time to be different, but in the exact same way as everyone else. Does that make sense? I just think it had so much more potential. *sighs* BUT! It's not bad at all, and heck, you may love it. My mind might have been poisoned by the dramas I've been watching recently, so I'd say give it a shot. :D I also didn't mind Suzy really. She could have acted better, but she wasn't bad at all except a few scenes here and there. Her character was a little inconsistent, but that's not her fault. XD Over all I think she was a good choice. ^.^
I hope all is well deary!! :D

Awe, I'm sorry your nana didn't get to finish those dramas, but there's always next time. :D
I only saw an MV of IHYV and I'm already shipping those two together regardless of the age, so I'm right there with ya! Only, I can't imagine the torment you're going through having already actually seen a few episodes. >.< I think you're right about there being a difference because they have a past, so it's not like a female teacher first meets her student and then starts dating. That leaves a...idk..funny feeling? It's just taboo and feel almost perverse. So I agree with not liking that kind of pair up very much, but their relationship is different, and isn't he older too? I thought he was college age? I'm not sure though. :/ Awe..I really hope they do end up together. When you finish it, and before I start it, you have to let me know at least that.
I still haven't really started Nine. haha I know it has to be good, but I'm in full on Historical mode, so modern dramas are just feeling weird right now. When you finish it, let me know what you think over all please! :D

The Partridge Family! I haven't seen that in a long time. I don't think that even airs here anymore. :/
I agree with you about too much political talk. I guess I don't mind it as much as most people do because I find it fascinating, (That's the way my nerdism tilts I guess) but I get really frustrated if there's way too much evil masterminding going on. Seeing the same people over and over again plotting horrendous things really gets to me after a while. It's just the way they think, how they never admit their wrong, it upsets me more than most people. I actually get angry just watching it. XD That happens a lot in historical dramas, but the ones I've like have done it very well. If there's a balance, some humor and levity, then I'm fine. I think you'd just have to try out Startling By Each Step. It's too many things for me to describe, but you'll either hate it or love it. (Also, I love the word machinations, but I never use it. >.<)
Sorry for all the babble. XD Right now I'm halfway through Dong Yi, which is REALLY long, but oh so good! It's 60 episodes! O.o I'm not sure why I took it on when I know I'd end up being tempted to toss my computer across the room, but at 34 episodes, I'm still loving it, even if I want to murder a few characters. It's just full of awesome acting all around. ^.^ Stay strong and all that jazz! I'd love to see new pics of the hats you're finishing! :D

I'll be honest, I'm not that into My Little Pony, but I have a very good friend that is head over heals for it and does commissions for her drawings (which never cease to amaze me O.o) for it, among other fandoms. Even though I can't tell each character apart, your hats are freaking ADORABLE! Omfg I can't believe you have that much talent! I don't give empty compliments unless I'm ina job interview, so I mean it. If I had the money, I'd buy one just to have it. I also saw the little pony figuring you knitted. @.@ It just blows my mind that people can do that! I hope you're not over working yourself! At least once you get to rest, dramas will be more than welcomed.

haha Welcome home! :D I hope you had a good time at your mom's even if it was busy! Did your grandma not even watch anything? I bet Shawn was happy to have you back! :P
Oh man, I keep hearing such awesome things about that drama, and your praise really makes me want to start it! I hope the wait isn't too much for you, but at least it will make you enjoy each new episode a lot more because of the wait.I want to ask you so many questions about it though! AGH! Are you watching any other dramas, or just focused on that one?
Gu Family Book kind of let me down a little...so I stopped watching it and I'll just marathon the last two when they're all out. I'm impatient for the end, but since it disappointed me, it's easier to just watch other dramas and wait, if that makes sense? They just did exactly what I knew they were going to, and was hoping they wouldn't the whole time. Now I've been watching Chinese historicals a lot more. haha I surprise myself, but I'm really enjoying them. I've even started watching a Philippine's drama! I regret nothing. XD
Chris is back!! :D I can't believe how much I ended up missing that man. haha I hope you're doing well and are able to watch more drams and get settled back into being home. ^.^ Oh! How did your paper turn out??

And for Korean dramas it would probably be The Moon That Embraces The Sun. Even though it has a dramatic story-line, it's more of a sweeping romance drama. I also liked The Princess's Man, but mostly for the romance. I've seen quite a few more, but eh. I haven't broken into the "classic" Korean Historicals yet because I've needed a break from so much tragic endings. It's like it's a rule that if it's a historical romance there must be a tragic/bitter sweet ending. Even though I hate those endings, most of my favorite dramas have them. >.<; That's just when I employ my imagination and make my own ending. :P
Did you get all of your hats made? Have you watched any new dramas yet? I hope all is well! :D

Don't worry about late replies! I didn't even see you had responded because I'm that observant. XD
You make hats?? That's awesome! If you ever have any pictures, I'd love to see what they look like! I have no talent when it comes to hand making things like that (Excepts baking and cake decorating). Other than that, I'm useless with my fingers so I'm always excited to see what talented people can do! Do you enjoy it? Does it pay well?
I hope you aren't going into a slump, but if you are, hopefully hat making or some good books will help you out of it. Sometimes a break is needed so we can appreciate dramas once again.
My favorite historicals have actually been Chinese dramas. They're all long though. XD If they're good I don't even notice the length though, and now 16 episodes seems like child's play. haha My favorites have been Startling By Each Step (don't let the hair stop you, it doesn't bother you after a while. Probably the best writing I've seen in a drama.), My Bratty Princess (Just hilarious and a fun watch), The Vigilantes in Masks (Kick ass martial arts and fun storyline with an awesome female lead.)

UGH!! I'm in the same boat as you!! Although the one I started only has 4 episodes to go. I started Gu Family Book..and really..how stupid of me!! It's the last 4 episodes!!! Of course they're going to be the most intense with the worst cliff hangers! >.<;
I've been really excited for I hear Your Voice!! I'm sorry you have such a long wait, because from everything I've read/seen, it looks like it's really good! Why did we do this to ourselves??? We know better!! XD
