hm..... the show is staggering a bit for me. I don't like that, I want to stay interested until the end ˙◠˙that…
Aw, these staggering episodes have paused on the plot driven story and now, focusing on the character driven stories to solidify our leads and other couples' relationships or else when the angst or heavier plots come, the audience will be scratching their heads like when did they fall in love to hurt this much? I love the writer. She wants to write a good story even if it means slowing down the pace and action driven plots, she does it. I believe it really adds to the overall story. We can't have 30 episodes of straight plotting and action. We need a mix of of everything. I love watching the leads fall in love, slowly too.
After Rongjun's trip, things have visibly changed between the leads, so WS isn't as nonchalant about XQ as before. He's afraid of losing her now, so any threat is a no no!
It's pretty good so far if you're into more serious stories. Maybe some of us are too young to enjoy heavy plots?
Don't take it too seriously and just enjoy the show. I simply added to the list or post before mine that already had "antis" as one of the reasons for the low rating here. I still have hope in humanity that perhaps not everyone's preferences are the same.
Gosh again.. it’s Peter ho 😅 and he is older than the actor who played Manman’s dad🤣 i want to feel…
I think besides SZE, I think this crew takes beauty as a joke or something with Wei Yan and now, Peter. Sorry if I offend anyone. They're not my cup of tea.
What if grandpa knew XQ/ManMan is actually the fated empress? Since he always trust her and dotes on her also…
Very possible. I think either way, Wei Shao and Xiao Qiao were meant to be whatever the outcome of the war 14years ago. If Wei and Qiaos were still allies, our leads would've grew up with each other instead and may be betrothed at a young age. I'm sure the grandpa would've strengthen the Qiaos through marriage either way.
