For me, what sets Blossom apart from other recent historical cdrama I've watched is its meticulous attention to detail. The period-appropriate costumes and breathtaking cinematography transport viewers to a bygone era, while the carefully crafted plot keeps you on the edge of your seat. The subplots, from Dou Zhao’s struggles with her stepmother and the Dou family to Song Mo’s quest for justice, are interwoven seamlessly, creating a rich tapestry of interconnected stories.
Our main leads, Dou Zhao and Song Mo, are portrayed with depth and authenticity, their relationship evolving from mutual suspicion to a profound partnership. Even tho some characters' arcs like Song Han's were hard to digest I could see why they were deemed necessary!

I finally completed the series!! As expected, the last five episodes did not disappoint one bit, and the ending is the most satisfying one I have seen in a while!! This show deserves all praise and more!! I would recommend it to every Historical cdrama lover especially those who like reincarnation/re-writting one's fate trope!!
The way I have to wait until night to get to them...I hate daily obligations!! I need to watch eps 30-34 as soon as possible TT But I am glad that we already know it's a happy ending with satisfying outcomes I knew I was right for trusting the director and scriptwriter ><

This means they found the antidote and in the end we are getting a kissing scene too according to the pic!! I hope more people would understand and accept this but since he is a treacherous villain character it's a hard sight and pill to swallow from some especially when we were being pampered with our leads for 26 eps straight >< As for AnSu, she has indeed really lost herself because of Song Han's sweet words, the palace maid's jabs from the side, and probably some inferiority she might have towards FL. I just hope she comes back to her senses before it's too late because, in my opinion, there is still some good left in her.

Hm...Personally, BO was a disappointment for me since the first couple eps and had me dropping it early on...So if you say that I guess it got even worse after 26 then haha And yes most cdrama I have watched this year either fumbled in the middle or in the last ep/ending...Which is why I had high hopes for this cause it managed to be super engaging for every single ep up to 26-27...For me, eps 28-29 are the only I would call dissatisfying and frustrating but I still try to understand it as a means of helping the overall plot move...Which is why the last 5 eps are so important to me! I could totally overwatch the current latest eps as long the rest serves us well!!
