VERY much worth it! The ending made me cry and the whole process was worth it! This drama however is kinda heavy with some sprinkles of romance ~ So be prepared for what's coming!

I wish i could see the 2 of them in another series with a better script...Cause they really had a spark for me!

They had me until 8-9 ep...The character development and redemption arc of Ming was definitely not satisfying... I kept waiting and waiting for smth more to happen but alas...The fact that even Tong was forgiven with no retribution whatsoever for his actions & had his happily ever after with the sister was disturbing, to say the least... And as for Joe... I know that the heart wants what it wants but my man really had zero backbone nor self-respect to the very end...I am disappointed!! Like my issue was not with Ming/Joe being the end game AS LONG AS the script/plot did a good job with Ming's redemption arc and we got a more in-depth view of the progress of their relationship without them having to do the deed with some being borderline non-consent too...It really had such a nice opening and it made me all excited only to end up going down the drain the more the series progressed...I think what I did like to the end is the chemi between the leads, the intimate scenes and their connection were great!!

Many things will get answered as you move forward...While progressing with the doors you will start getting more info on the MC's past and the clues about the game...But the pace is slow so you need patience!^^

After finishing The Spirealm this adaptation would be a dream come true if it follows the same line up!! So far I am enjoying the manhwa A LOT!! >< I really hope they do a good job at casting and filming/cgi cause the story is so awesome and deserves a good adaptation!!

Oh I didn't know that! Yes I am not a big fan of snl humor so that might explain why... I have tried gaus electronic but I also couldn't get into it so I guess they are similar... As for the other 2 I haven't checked them out yet!^^

3 eps in and I have given up... It's just not what I was excpecting AT ALL...I would have to agree with the lower ratings even tho not a 3, it's def not good either... The plot feels cringe at times, the acting is also a bit flat to my taste here...Even tho I know most of these actors from other works and how great they can be...Most def it's cause of the script/character in this particular series...But yeah...The only pros I would say are the styling, CGI and the production in general...The plot and editing/sound effects was a whole mess tho...

I saw a short on yt and became interested and came here to have a look... The scale of the rating and reviews is so ijbol going from a 3 to 10... That's quite rare lol I guess I will have to check for myself~

This is completed! Originally it was released as A 78 eps./20min series but after getting taken down from chinese platforms, it has since been reformatted to 38 eps/45min after its official rebroadcast on Viki and Viu (international platforms). Nothing is different tho, it just comes with an intro and outro song added.

As someone who is faint hearted myself... Some of the doors were rather spooky which is why I avoided watching some eps late at night/before bed and save them for day time! So I recommend u do the same^^ However it was totally worth the watch!! And it has lots of bromance, some comedy and very engaging and interesting plot!! I loved trying to solve the mysteries with them ><

Well they do have their cute and flirty moments but that's definitely not the focus of this drama! It's focused more on revenge and family/political stuff still the two leads have explosive chemistry even with their slow burn you should still be satisfied!! As for the ending...It was left rather open-ended... The final scene can be perceived differently depending on the viewer... However happy or sad just know that the 39 eps before it make it worth the ride!! So I suggest you watch it when you are in the mood from some darker plot cause it's not cute and comical per se!!

I see thank you! I have been following the translation on novelupdates and wait for it to finish but it's sadly taking a lot of time... I usually avoid mtl since the translation most often than not falls short of the original and that kinda ruins the experience for me... TT

This was a very refreshing historical cdrama that satisfied me overall, especially after the long drought we have experienced for the past months. The ending was realistic given the circumstances, so I have no complaints even tho it felt very bittersweet to watch. I do, however, wish to know from Novel readers the differences between the novel and drama endings! Does anyone know?
And as for the extra ep...I can imagine why they went ahead and filmed it, the uproar it would have caused if it ended like that on ep 40 would be great I believe...The director's take however was pretty obvious in a symbolic way on the last ep... So I guess we can consider 40.5 the "happy ending" they and we deserved and got!
Still, this is 100% recommended and a great watch that will keep you on the edge of your seat even in the last 15 min of the last ep! It was worth the ride!

It's mid at best... I would describe it as Sky castle/penthouse/Pyramide game from Walmart... A cheap imitation... As someone who watched up to ep 3 before dropping, the visuals are pretty and the budget is high. However the acting is subpar at best with the exception of some of the leads being good, the plot/script is badly written and all over the place with cringe lines... The editing could have also been better for some scenes... Just too artificial and bland... It's sad cause with better casting for some roles and better writers this could have been so much more!

No way it can come near Pyramid Game... It's just a high budget/decent acting from most drama with no real plot and cringy lines... 3 eps in and I dropped it... I couldn't stand how boring and aimless it got...

2 eps in and yeah... This is a hot disaster and certainly not what I expected... High budget, decent/good acting but the directing/script and overall vibes of the series are so off I can't TT

BossNoeul chemi was literally what kept me going while watching LITA!! So, you bet I am very excited about this!! However, I would like to ask smth... For those who have read the novel, how is the plot?? The summary above is a bit... I just hope their project is good since we can already be assured about their chemi together!!
