The pairing in itself is not the problem, I just wish they had written his character differently. They could have just made him a nerdy gamer and let them connect via their game or something like that. But apart from that Iām really enjoying this drama. I love love love our main coupleās interactions ā¤ļø
No he pays for all...she just do manual work for which she asks money... although he sometimes make miserable…
I think at this point he doesnāt even think itās possible that they could become a couple because of what she said about the lightning etc. Still, I didnāt like the fact that he told her such a false story. Itās one thing to be silent, but another to tell a lie.
They should have kept the original actor and the original editing. Since the actor was cleared I donāt understand the need to swap him. This aspect ruins quite a lot here. Also Li Xin Ze is usually a very solid support actor and I definitely prefer him to the original actor but here I feel the original actor would have fitted the role better.

Heās amazing, he portrays this character so well! I donāt even remember when I last watched a drama that made me actually laugh like this here. Wang Churan is great too, but for me itās definitely Tan Jian Ciās performance that makes this drama worth watching.
I mean you can say the same about her she was not in that either that relationship was dead awhile ago i think.
He was prepared for the break up, he even said so himself. He wanted her to be settled at a new place, he even gave her the money for that, and then he would have ended the relationship. It can still hurt at least a bit though.

Apart from what Kokuto already wrote, I have to add that he supports and helps her all the time in her work related things. And he also tries to give her advice for her personal life and growth, in his own way. Who cares about chopping veggies when they can have this instead?!! Also Iām on ep10 and his facial expressions are varied and spot on, just perfect for the character, as you would expect of TJC.
