True š maybe thatās why he seems suspicious also here. But itās more than that ⦠I had a bad feeling about him from the beginning and now seeing that they got the golden pills from them⦠weāll see.
Silent Tides and Love of Nirvana of his more recent ones also had meaningful content! Some of his older dramas…
Well everyone must pay taxes, so do actors. I live in a high tax country and Iām very upset about all those people who live like maggots, and companies that manage to evade taxes.
I donāt follow any idols and I donāt care if others do.
In my life Iāve read so many meaningful books and watched meaningful content. Sometimes itās ok also to just watch a romance drama or a romantic comedy.
And as I said there are several aspects to a drama. If one just doesnāt watch it superficially and binge through ff many parts then there will be meaningful content to be found in many. IE in Lost You Forever I found the different kinds of romantic love very interesting to watch. And the regression of a character instead of progression was also an interesting aspect. And apart from that I just wanted to watch Tan Jian Ciās excellent performance as snake demon Xiang Liu. Whatās wrong about that? I highly recommend you watch his Winter Begonia, itās a high quality drama about Beijing opera.
Have u watched Under the Power? It's a good1 and HE! Unbelievable but true.
If you donāt watch 55 episodes then Iād recommend watching the first 33 or so episodes of Under the Power. They were way better than the second half of the drama. But overall itās one of his best. Lu Yi is still my favourite RJL character.

I watched The Wind Blows from Longxi and The Longest Day in Chang'an and they are both undoubtedly high quality and meaningful dramas. Swords into Plow Shares is on my watch list. But there are so many aspects to a drama and some dramas deliver in certain aspects and less in others etc. That doesnāt mean that they are all ārubbishā.

Thatās all a matter of taste and preferences. I loved Love Story in the 1970s but you might find it childish. I loved Filter and you might find it childish. I loved Lost You Forever and you might find it whatever.

I just jumped from zero hope to šÆ hope š
Did he/his team post a May schedule?

Agree with your points about LQQ. So far Iād say he and Lu Yi from Under the Power are my favourites.
