i havent read the novel, but did they cut anything before the assassination of the jing king?coz it felt a but…
In the book, everyone was in awe at how fast he become a king. But since he can use demonic forces to help him kill ppl, he can just do whatever, that’s why all the officials are afraid of him. TTJ needs him gone and not so publicly, so possibly that’s why it’s not very dramatic? Also since he can control animals, it’s a surprise he takes this long to sit on that throne lol.
Regarding YXW, in the book, because she has proven herself to be capable of taking care of herself after the event at the prince mansion (where TTJ killed ppl with his crows/bees in the book), and because the family is in a hostage situation with the Sheng King, it’s safer for her to not be in the mansion.
And waah, the 3rd cp is doomed. TTJ got a hold of Pian Ran hence she’ll be forced to go against ye qingyu???🥲…
Actually, I think it’s not doomed? In the novel, he actually put her in a cage, and make YQY work for him, here, she’s walking around, not lose almost all of her power, and on her last tail
Hey, does any novel readers feels, the story pace is too fast? It's like riding the roller coaster. But I'm really…
The story goes fast but not rushing it, in the book, things does happen quickly, it’s just that when we in the dreams, it’s slow down a lot, because each dream is like a life story lol. Currently, they show us just 1 dream instead of multiple dreams, so that’s why it goes even faster
One more good thing about this drama is that the plot is not moved forward because of love story between leads.…
The book is brilliant! Admittedly a bit too long! Like if it was released like HP then it’s ok, but it’s not for me, and binge reading it in 2 weeks was crazy lololol
How come Tantai Jin just stood there watching Su Su and let her go into the time portal? He knew the mirror will…
Yea, in the end of the book, in the extra chapter, it told how TTJ wanted to gamble. Because being the devil god, he’s destined to be alone, he’s born to create demon land for demons to live peacefully, and he will die for that, and being alone and hated, and no one would remember or care for him. So when he first saw LSS, knowing she’s a god, and god is known to love all beings without prejudice, he wonder if she could love him. So he let her go. Then he found out they plan to send her back to change his past, so by let her go, he gambles his fate, so that he can escape the loneliness path that he was destined to have. He also used magic to send the goddess statue back in time, n that’s why the statue looks like her lol.
So which one is true: did TTJ really plot his way into marrying YXW just to secure his way out of the Sheng Kingdom?…
Yea, the drama drops hints here n there, if you read the book, you see the hints pretty clear. But otherwise, it’s a bit fragmented, especially with the way TTJ revealed things, he revealed it to his advantage lol
So the first 15-30 of ep1 was a little… not sure what to describe it.One thing I don’t understand, the FL…
Well, she’s a mortal, can’t even fight a low life bandit 🤣 then she meets the person who just annihilated her whole sect in front of her, I would be a bit jumpy too lol. But once she knows he doesn’t have much power, she beats him up whenever she could 🤣 at least in the novel that is, and he likes it 🤣🤣🤣🤣
