Gosh, this is a drama where 40 episodes are needed. I can't believe is at ep 27 and still going strong, even the politics and side characters have interesting storyline.
I fear an SE 😔, but no matter if its a sad ending, I will still rate this drama high. The end doesn't justify the means in this case.

He was one of the people I was most suspicious of as the culprit, and this episode makes it worse. Only him and another person in the other set of hikers, was one on black.

Nope. The good thing is the second and third male leads are kinda close to Song Mo and they even help each other out. The SML and FL has a platonic thing going on. Then, the supposed love rival Mr Wu, is the cutest, and he also already left (he might come back in later episodes though). The FL is set on her decision, so there are no conflicting signals at all.
