Still loving this drama. Something interesting about this rebirth is Dou Zhao is not out for revenge from her past life; she really just wants to live her life in peace, do business and protect her Song Mo whenever she can.
Of course it's proving difficult in this lifetime, but its still surprisingly fascinating that she is focused on protecting herself and loved ones from danger and not getting back at them. Anyway can't wait for next episodes of their couple era 💃.
PS - Li YinRui looks at you like he can see through your soul. Reminds me of DingYuxi; the way they look at their partner intensifies the chemistry 🤩

Meanwhile, it's funny how they don't realise yet that the bigger villain is the Empress.
Another thing this drama does perfectly is giving us the kind of cliffhangers that will blow up our brains as we wait for a week! I guess the producers are sadists, congrats to them 😫
But seriously, the endings are always perfect - a reveal/cliffhanger + that beautiful OST and a preview that leaves your mind hanging...

In general, I enjoyed this drama a lot, with major pros being the acting chops of the leads (cheers to Esther and Ryan), the comedy, romance, cinematography and setting.
The major cons being the second half, with too many side plots crammed into it and the romance pushed aside. But the first half was good that it helps compensate for it.
I must say this was one of the best comment section, everyone was just focused on discussing the drama and their different theories. Hope to see you all in other drama 💖🌟
