Until the end, Madame Li was badass! I've never rooted for a vilain in my life but I couldn't hate Madam Li and…
Totally agree with you! Li and Jia had a chemistry of their own! Tongtong did an epic job with Yang and Film was just outstanding! It was really refreshing to see two brothers portrayed as being this close and displaying really healthy emotions between them. Song and Tongtong already had the dad and son dynamic from before (Bang Rak Soi 9/1) and it translated here well. Film was a good addition to that.
For a classic lakorn it hit all the bells and whistles. Over-the-top characters when they need it to be, the emotional face thing, and an interesting and varied cast. The twists, though predictable for the most part (as with all lakorn) were still epic. Historically it hit all the buttons too. Costuming was amazing! The locations were epic! Establishing shots did their job perfectly. The only issue was in some outdoor scenes at the Sing mansion there were what appeared to be modern cars zooming in the background. Not really noticeable if you're not looking for faults. The acting was on-point. Full disclosure: these are already some of my fav Thai actors, so I may be biased, but Noi, Kik, and Tee brought Song, Bua, and Ah Poo to life! Tian and Yang did feel like perfect brothers! It's always good when the baddie seems to enjoy his role rather than phoning it in and Tao did just that with Ma. Amazing period drama to bring a BL to life! Well done One31/ OneD!
For a pet person scared for life when my dog waited for me to get home from uni before passing away (he was 17 BTW, almost blind, face all white) this one just hits hard all over. Epic backstory, well told tale so far.
Project S: Side by Side was one of he greatest portrayals of autism ever. It showed, amazingly, what the families experience. I'm hoping this will portray Alzheimer's in much the same light.
This has similar vibes with 13 terrors. Finally! Thai school horror drama.
Yes! After ThirTeen Terrors I wanted more! It wasn't epic horror, but good enough for some simple scares. When GDH shut down that was the end of this sort of genre. Hoping to see more of these imaginative productions!
this is such a subtle story. what I make of it is that, some time ago in real life Mork was confused and ended…
It was super sureal. Hopefuilly a S2 will explain everything. I hope MindTrio gets that funding and sponsorship for other projects. They have some of the most amazing cinematography!
This has to be the best GMM drama for the year so far. The story was built nicely, the chemistry was out of this world, and the characters actually all had development and redemption. Near perfection. Namtan's cameo as Kiwi was so perfect. She was even prettier than Giwi :D
