This version solved the issue the other two raised and never again brought up which was Didi storyline of him eventually being richest man somehow and her knowing where his mother is (plots 1 and 2 he just stops asking about his mother and his future is never mentioned again 😅)
It also had the most "complete" ending as she stays in the book world in this plot
Negatives: Like version 2 she is able to gain the General's interest because he sees that she is still a virgin based on her mark on her arm. She only truly kisses the General and plays with the other two. The conversations still lean towards a preference with General on top and playing with other two's affections for gain rather than equally liking everyone for different reasons.
While 3rd version has a very good story overall, the 1st version so far is still the clearest TRUE harem with multiple characteristics she pulls out of and personalities she adopts for each male. She does not shy away from intimacy with these men and while there are not overt bed scenes of full out sleeping together, there are scenes implying she has slept in the same bed with two of them which leaves your imagination to fill in blanks.

Any sort of 'complete' story here would need to be made up right now as the novel is still ongoing. There's definitely room for a part 2 with what they already have written though.

The story is about a woman who rates men on a scale. Her goal is to find someone to marry. Of course there is other plot surrounding this 'need' with being an illigitimate and apparently adopted daughter but the basics is she's trying to find a way to a 'better life' and needs a backer. She manipulates and lies to Wushuang, stringing this 'boy' along because he's illegitimate so would be able to theoretically choose his own wife AND rich. It's also easy to feel sorry for him because he confides in his brother how much he likes this girl whos using him... and his brother (the legitimate son who she didn't even consider originally) goes and becomes the ML in the end...

At the same time she is having an antagonistic 'thing' with Jiang Cheng. This man has an adverse reaction to being around women but for an unknown reason SHE doesn't trigger the fear in him. This guy has a role that I wasn't 100% clear about with the subtitles I was watching with but it 'seemed' like her family wanted her legitimate cousin to marry him because he's crazy rich but the guy goes crazy around women so they try and have HER seduce him as a substitute. (I could really be wrong about THAT plot, the subs were 'tolerable' but it's also been a while since I've watched this.

There's the 3rd guy also Qingluan but he's actually sort of scum because while it's true that SHE is using and lying to HIM, he's doing the same thing with her as he can't actually marry her as a main wife as he's already engaged, a fact he doesn't tell her.

🤣 Wang Yuwei is my krypronite. I will watch literally anything he's in 100% fully though even if it feels like my brain is melting with how little the story makes sense. 🙈

I recommend THAT one to another person and they cracked up at just HOW much of a repeater it was saying at one point "I'm afraid for them to leave this doorway, this doorway is my home now and them insisting that this child can't be hers because she loves her Ex and 1st son too much to remarry and have another child is peak clownery.

My favorite example of this was when they sat on the carpet after he bandaged her arm and he noticed the lack of pain... but then he strapped on that mini-arrow shooter to her leg.
