This poster practically screams there will be kisses... See the poster? See how their lips are? That's how ALL but the less than 2 second last kiss look in the show. Either hovering over the other lips and then switching to a new episode or the slightest of peck pressure with camera tilted off slightly. 😮‍💨

Definition of cute cp comedy but where the plot has little logic behind it and you have to turn your brain completely off to not be frustrated by all the plotholes 😅

Last couple episodes just sort of existed I thought. Best parts were the leads chemistry together with those evil cheeky smirks and side eyes, and the end song... beyond that though I feel like this one is one I'll forget in less than a month.

Exactly, they made it VERY obvious that the 18th Prince is a cowardly yes-man in every scene he's been in. If he becomes Emperor there's ZERO chance he's making any ACTUAL decisions himself.

There is absolutely a story but it doesn't actually start to make any sense until episode 5. In today's episodes 7/8 the storyline has started becoming more coherent since its not JUST her trying to figure the world out and random bits of lore being thrown in to confirm her assumptions.

I wanted to like this more than I did. I pushed through it strictly because I wanted to see how they handled them not switching back and finally admitting they were attracted to eachother... They handled it by basically shrugging it off like one minute it was an issue and the next they liked eachother too much to care about looking at "their own" bodies when intimate 🤡.

I watched v=e8O below and the subtitles were SO much better than the ones above it (didn't bother even trying the last 2 links).
Could it have been better? Absolutely, but overall this one was really good in comparison to a lot I felt.
Loved the fact the ML but also 3ML... I second the comment below that in my heart she ended up with both.

Oh this was just the 1st 6 eps timeline just so you know but HONESTLY... I was very much looking forward to this and it's NOT good. The editing is a MESS in every way and this is Coming from someone that can usually overlook a lot of smaller editing mishaps and just downrate it a bit...

Np! With Tencent almost always their minis with go 1 ep a day after ep 12. The biggest issue to reading a calendar comes in when they delay the broadcast but this one aired day of so everything lined up correctly 😅

Since this was yesterday and you had express you were on ep 14 while non-express was on 12.
To read the calendar: today is the 20th. Ep 15/13. Look for the red fine lined 20 with the bold 15 on the red ribbon that says SVIP. Below that is the "trophy" photo. Below that is the Non-Express episode count saying ep 13.
There may or may not be an early Express ending released; if there is it will probably be on the 22nd or 23rd.
Regardless if there is or not the schedule is now 1 episode a day until non-express ends on the 28th.

The story is semi interesting but rather convoluted when they try and explain the core mechanic. And I'm not complaining about the acting essentially EVERYTHING else... props, makeup, lighting, sound design for dubbing, cgi, and filters are just.... BAD 🫂

• While still a student in "original life", Bell rings signaling that a "cycle" is about to begin and is going to revolve around FL.
• FL1.0 is given a bell "chime" to carry with her.
• FL1.0 finishes her studies and goes home.
• Bell chimes
• FL2.0 wakes up in carriage having just died in year 8.
• Bell chimes
• Teacher goes from brown hair to white hair and symbol behind him. Has just come back from "presumably" year 9+.
• FL2.0 goes to talk to Teacher and discuss coming back, learns about her vague purpose
• ML1.0 goes to talk to Teacher. Given the Bell chime and told to keep it with him.
• Snake Charmer scene, FL2.0 kidnapped, ML1.0 goes to save
• ML 1.0 dies in present and while mourning FL 2.0 begs him to wake up
• His Bell falls to ground and chimes
• ML 1.0 in year 9 FUTURE dies looking at Bell saying he's coming to be with FL, Bell falls with his death and rings when hitting the ground.
• ML 1.0 FUTURE becomes ML 2.0 in year 6 current timeline.

I loved this one! Hope the promised part 2 happens because for once I could have EASILY watched another 3 hours of this girl plotting with her guys. And the ML was ADORABLE!

Okay so episode 11.... I'm thinking "we have 21 episodes right? you can't wrap things in a neat bow so quickly there there is GOING to be a catch.... and so I squeezed my eyes and pressed play on ep 12... 😅 God this has me addicted to the point that I looked at weibo and then saw promo clips on THERE of things to come and got MORE addicted 🙈 These leads have CHEMISTRY and the FL looks so EVIL when she's scheming for good!
