Can we just talk about how Chae Yoo Jin is one of the biggest gaslighters I have ever seen in a Kdrama? It kinda irritates me they are trying to make her a sympathetic character. I noticed after I finished episode 12 that this whole entire time she has never apologized ONCE. Every single time she has done something wrong she has turned it around and made it the other person's fault and taken zero accountability for her actions. When she cheated on Shi Woo, she got mad at him and acted like it was his fault. When her husband found out she had been lying about dating Shi Woo she got mad at him and then had the audacity to get mad at Shi Woo and somehow made that also his fault. When she made the house a complete pigsty she also somehow made it her husband's fault. She also treated Ha Kyung like crap and somehow made it seem like Ha Kyung was the bad guy for her cheating with her fiance. When she wrote that article that got everyone in trouble she also made it seem like it wasn't at all her fault. Then she gets mad at her husband for being hung up on Ha Kyung when she herself had been jealous of Shi Woo and kept trying to call him. Soooo much gaslighting holy crap. None of this excuses the husband's actions either.

I think it was pretty cute. The leads were good and I think they had nice chemistry. I just wish they would stop trying to cram so much into such a short time. Just focus on the leads development. There's not enough time for a second couple, love triangle, or flashbacks. It could have been a really cute and fluffy show but they didn't show enough of the leads. Also, the shaky camera shots gave me motion sickness.

For real. He just screams narcissist.

I have been looking forward to the chaos and jealousy that was inevitably going to ensue when the exes found out they were dating. Sweet, sweet karma 😂Can't wait for next week!

One thing that is giving me hope it will be good is that the cast is the same and there are no new characters. Which I am hoping means that at least there won't be a cheating or love triangle plotline 🤞🏻

This was good but I think the whole thing was pretty anti-climactic. I really enjoyed it until I found out why they were on the island. The premise is so cool that I guess I was just kind of bummed that it wasn't as good as it could have been. It had so much potential. Still worth a watch though.
