Doesn't matter where she was coming from, she was rotten to the core.
I'll just copy paste these here then.
It's the type of character you'll either love or hate, but will always leave a deep impression. To each their own right? Imo, I don't think she's rotten. She did all that to stay relevant and keep her spot. She's done things that would eventually lead to her destruction
...deserved his ending. I'm even mad about him getting a happy ending in the side story.
His side story is the very last one in the novel. Since the webtoon is still ongoing and they're covering other side stories, I don't know if they'll include that part.
Story and plot is interesting and decently written. I really wanted to fall into this drama because a female serial…
Maybe you're just not into his acting in this, and that's fine. He's a good actor. I've seen all his work and I must say that plot and acting-wise --he never disappoints. My favorite drama of his is Oasis, opposite Seol In Ah.
I'm rewatching Season 3, and I have to say, the Doldam team are such whiners⬇️⬇️
- they just cannot accept change. They complained about Cha Jin-man's leadership, only to complain again when Kang Dong-joo took over. Even when Master Kim told them that someone else needs to lead, they still grumbled. When you’ve been in a job for so long, you sometimes refuse to change and overstep your professional boundaries.
But then it was all part of the drama so might as well enjoy it.
I'm surprised at the number of negative reviews - I actually enjoyed this drama. There is definitely strong chemistry…
That's why I stopped trusting reviews and ratings here—they can be misleading. You really have to see it for yourself and be the judge of it. I'm on a rewatch right now and still find it really engaging.
The OST fits the corporate noir vibe perfectly, making the M&A scenes feel high-stakes. Just like the lyrics, "Money takes the heart away"and "All that glitters is cold" the show feels gritty.
It’s a really good drama. It dives into the world of M&A and feels somewhat realistic. The OST fits the corporate noir vibe perfectly, making the M&A scenes feel high-stakes. Just like the lyrics, "Money takes the heart away"and "All that glitters is cold" the show feels gritty. My only disappointment is yet another cliffhanger. I’m suffering from 'cliffhanger fatigue' (I just wrote about this) due to the trend of multi-season series. This ending left me unsatisfied and full of unresolved feelings. Now I’m anxiously wondering if there will be a Season 2? Did the series do well enough for s2 to happen? They might call it an 'open ending' But even open-endings suggest that the story is technically over, but this one really just feels like a cliffhanger.

Hoping for season 4 with Dr. Yoon this time.
