Actually, as a matter of fact, it was still happening here in the nineties so long he's got the money to support extra families...!
My thought is in my 2nd statement. The storyline will evolve around the wife/wives and concubines and mistresses (if any) plotting against each other until the final winner/survivor emerges at the finishing line.
Me being an impatient person can't endure being held in suspense. Hence my last statement, pondering on whether to watch it now or to wait till airing has ended.
OMG he already has one wife and two concubines?! This is a clear indication of the drama theme and plot direction. Have to decide whether to put this on hold till finale ＞︿＜
The director here is trying to mislead us and making everyone a potential suspect, either individually or in groups. LDS is not the murderer 20 years ago but could be for the current cases. And that he did it so as to draw out his sister's murderer or abducter as well as to bring attention to the 20yo case. But then again, as of now, everyone is a suspect!!!
