This is an adaption of a Chinese web author's novel, so this Cdrama is a chinese fantasy in ancient days. So, it's quite realistic and true to the bone.

While the donghua characters and the scenic background is so futuristic and western!

I'm new to web novel and donghua. So, i'm very amazed by everything i am seeing today.

guess if i didn't watch the anime, i wouldn't have known why Xiao Wu emphasized so much on wanting him to comb her hair. Or maybe the cdrama did touch on the topic but i missed it.

i do agree with you on some of your points made abt XW & TS though.

Anyway, it's one fantasy cdrama that i watched from start to season finale ^__^

As i wanted to know what happens to Tang San and Xiao Wu after Douluo Continent cdrama ended, it got me into watching the Douluo Dalu anime. Excuse me for my ignorance, but is this anime on Youtube the same as what everyone else is mentioning = the DongHua? Or is Donghua in comics form?

Since i didn't read Tang Jia San Shao's novel "Dou Luo Da Lu", i don't know how close the DongHua or anime is aligned to its origin. But the anime is just as interesting and captivating.

For such a fictitious fantasy story, i can understand why the cdrama is not depicting closely to its original story, hence the deviated in some parts. Real life cdrama can't produce the same effect like the anime ^__^

For DC S2, i'm wondering who could fit the bill - Tang San's transformed dynamic look that's supposed to change after his revival...

L&R is not on my watchlist. I guess there are many others then...

I do know novel is the origin but unfortunately i'm not one who can read chapter after chapter. I tried with DaoMuBiJi but stopped after only one chapter. I'm more on pictoral ^__^

Besides Soul Land anime being pretty and interesting, it has very nice music too ^__^
