yes it feels like I am watching the show in loop. A new character that helps the ML is introduced every two episodes…
100% agree, I don't know how they're going to finish this in just 6 episodes, unless they're planning a second season then maybe, but as it stands it doesn't look like it's anywhere near completion, just hope they wont do an asspull at the end cuz this drama has been a solid 10 for me.
Every two episode that airs every week makes me like this drama which I loved at the beginning a lot less, I even commented about this when Episodes 1 and 2 aired that I hoped the drama wont try to take itself too seriously but the whole mood of episodes 5 and 6 were a lot darker than previous episodes, I just hope they go back to the light-heated fun that it promised to be, not this half bake attempts at making this a thriller with an underwhelming villain. When I started watching this I gave it a 10 but by episode 4 it was a 9 and now it's a 8, I just hope I don't have to lower it anymore.
I just finished it and I can’t with that dumb last episode.
Yeah, it was such a garbage episode. I was not expecting anything outstanding but that last episode was so bad it took me 3 years to be able to re-watch it again.
there's so many allies character yet none of them have any depth or character development, and we're already on…
Well! the story needs time to develop and the opponent is an impossibly strong guy, so there really isn't enough airtime to develop the side characters, if the drama had 20 or 30 episodes like some historical dramas have then yeah there would've been enough time but as it stands this is the best we can hope in 16 episodes.
Also I totally agree on the tall guy who can fight, Hee woo said that he'' be useful as a fighter but when he said the guy should go study I was like; what the f***? where did that come from?
Well I binged it and it was so addictive. This drama should be binged.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write this long ass summary, as respect I read every word so your time wouldn't be counted as wasted.
Considering the drama and the direction it has taken in the summary you mentioned, I'm glad I dropped it, the plot seems to have gotten ridiculous although I think that ending of them getting together at the end seems so sweet.

That's because since you have all the episode you can skip the boring and useless scenes, but someone who watches only 2 episodes a week has two savor what he has. And that's why you don't really notice how draggy it is. This drama could have been 10 episodes and still wouldn't have made a difference to the plot.
I was watching this drama while it aired and it got so draggy and boring that I had to drop at episode 12, can someone spoil me the ending? and what happened in the last episodes, I'd appreciate it cuz I'm not really interested in watching it again.
Well I agree with your points. But the thing is when you watch korean dramas expect parents to be whitewashed…
But the dementia was a somewhat recent development, it can't be considered a fitting punishment, also I never said the son's blame should be absolved I just said that the main leads didn't have the right to lecture the hacker guy on behalf of the old man and take the side of an abusive parent and attack the victim, also that the old man going to "heaven or nirvana" over a weak ass redemption was forced and he wasn't worthy of it. The whole scene of the son crying at the end was really weak.
just finished this for the second time and to those wondering; it's totally re-watch worthy, I laughed almost as hard as the first time I watched it in 2019, as long as you skip and fast forward through a bunch of useless scenes and especially the idiotic ending you'll enjoy it immensely.
Well I agree with your points. But the thing is when you watch korean dramas expect parents to be whitewashed…
Yep exactly, that was my whole point and wanted to see if others felt the same way but I was quite shocked that people are taking the side of the old man not only in the drama but in here too, and I agree on the whitewashing, you're right on the money with that statement. And I have seen it in Kdramas before, but I guess I was expecting more from a drama that's being aired in 2022.
They weren't lecturing him, despite of being a product of abuse and torment is up to us to own it when we grow…
No, I don't agree at all, not everyone is strong enough to "grow up" after years of abuse, some people like the hacker guy in this episode trying to lash out at the world for the shitty childhood that they had and he has every right to do so, you can't expect every child out there to have the mental strength to move on from abuse, that's victim blaming and it's wrong. Also, the way the old man just got to move on so fast and with his son still resenting him seemed super weak, but anyway I watch this drama to relax and laugh, I don't take it that seriously but this episode wasn't that funny so it made me nitpick at the weak plot of the redemption of the old man.
They not lecture .they relaying whatever the old man told them since he already dead..that man said he has been…
no matter how you wanna word it, they were lecturing, also you didn't mention at all how bad and undeserving the redemption arc of the old man was. and the cause of the 3 suicides is the old man too, if he had been a half decent dad none of the stuff would have happened, and now that it has he should take responsibility instead of trying to weasel out of it.
