I really really want to watch this, but why do all Chinese dramas seem like they have been dubbed really badly? T__T I cannot get over the awkwardness. The lips never match the sound. Chinese already sounds super foreign to my ears after only watching Korean dramas and this is making it worse. *sigh*
This was a lovely drama. The first half shined much more than the second half I believe. It is definitely not a drama with many twists and turns, it's just a heartwarming slice of life and romance. I was a bit disappointed that the chemistry between the main couple dwindled compared to the beginning. My favorite character was Ko Mi Rae, she's adorable.
Omg I dropped King of High School faster than a hot potato, the leading lady was so awful. I couldn't even feel sorry for her, I just... had to stop watching lol
Unfortunately I didn't have it in me to finish this drama. I dropped it because it wasn't what I hoped it would be - less cheesy with a more intricate plot. I expected a more realistic approach along the lines of the better historical dramas out there and was sorely disappointed. That doesn't mean it's a bad drama, it's just not a very good one. Such a shame, because Park Bo Gum as the leading man didn't disappoint, as always. 7/10, dropped at episode 8
He was absolutely amazing in both, 'It's okay that's love' and 'I remember you'. I don't know anything about him as an idol, but he is a great actor to me. I hope to see him in more dramas in the future.
I feel like crying. T_T I still feel down 3 days after watching episode 12. I'm only hanging on because of…
Even though it is not the guy falling first, you should watch Queen IN Hyun's man for a pick-me-up romance. It is the BEST, seriously. I love it to pieces. I second It's okay that's love, but it has very sad moments as well.
As for a guy falling head over heels for the girl, try: Pinocchio, Ho Goo's love, Romantic Teacher Doctor Kim (not thaaaat much romance but superb drama and teh romance that we get is phewwww), I need romance 3, shopping king Louis...
I dropped Emergency Couple because I just couldn't get over my SLS. I just need Lee Pil Mo as the LEAD in more romance dramas. I mean, COME ON, he is so lovable!
I is possibly called 'another' instead of 'the other...', because that would imply it is a story about only one 'THE OTHER' Miss Oh, while it is a story about both of them equally. Also, they keep making fun of how there are so many people with that name, so that might be another reason xD
I think you shouldn't judge someone if you haven't walked ten miles in their shoes. I think Oh Hae Young #1 is dealing with everything pretty well, considering how much shit she gets thrown at her. She's not weak, and I think her occasional crying is justified. I really loved her character. Just my opinion, though.
I think all of these have too much comedy to be called melodramas (well, the 4 I have seen). More like, they are romcoms with some dramatic plot twists. I personally dislike melodramas, but I did enjoy "That Winter the wind blows" and "Innocent Man".
But anyway, Pinocchio, It's Okay that's love, DOTS and Goblin are in my top 10 favorite dramas, so good choices, no matter which genre :)
I don't understand those high ratings. It started out strong but then it got hopelessly predictable and boring. Dropped at episode 10. Rated 6.5/10, maybe that's too generous.
Good ratings and positive comments made me curious. I'm half way through but I don't like it. Yes the…
Also dropped it for the same reasons. I just thought it was super boring, even though I usually love slice of life and romance dramas that have slow development. It just didn't click with me :(
