I started Arang a long time ago and I loved it at first, but somewhere in the middle it started to really bore me because it was so repetitive and I really really hated the villains. They were ridiculous. I think the main couple is amazing but everything else is somewhat 'meh'.
If you haven't yet, you should watch It's okay, That's love. I didn't like Gong Hyo Jin at first, but since then I've become a big fan of hers. It's the best romance drama made anyway.

Does anyone know why it says it'll finish airing on December 8th, even though it supposedly only has 4 more episodes?

I really want to watch this subbed but the subs I can find for the first 5 episodes are so bad they seem to be copy/pasted from google translate or something :( I am always thankful to people subbing in their sparetime, but I think it wouldn't hurt to at least consult a native speaker if you're that bad at English. Oh well, for now it seems we'll have to wait a long time anyway. Maybe another group will pick this up, I am really hoping for it.

Hm, I must say I don't agree with Choi Si Won being more handsome than Tsuruga Ren. While Siwon is doing a good job, he doesn't have the air of 'perfection' about him that Ren manages in the manga. In fact, when I first watched Skip Beat's drama, I was utterly disappointed with the cast. By now I have come to appreciate the actor Siwon, however, the Taiwanese production of Skip Beat is just nowhere near good enough, which is probably the reason why Siwon couldn't shine as much as he should have.

A 9 should be for dramas that are 'amazing' though xD 7 or 8 for good and very good dramas. But of course that's up to you :)

Is it only me or does something feel really odd about this drama? Even though I know it's not dubbed, it 'feels' like it's dubbed... something about the pacing of their speech, and acting and directing, or maybe it's the sound effects and m usic as well, no clue, but it's way below average in terms of production (some scenes in the first episode are so ridiculous, they made me go like: wth? No feeling in those scenes at all, when her bf said he got married to another woman it was like he was saying the sky was blue, so matter of fact. That scene could have been so emotional but it just ended up being ridiculous lol even her reaction. This is NOT the reaction you have when something like that happens to you). Well, maybe I've just watched too many good dramas lol I'll try to watch further, but I don't know how much I can take...

Idk, the summary sounds like a lot of heartbreak is ahead. Is she going to fall in love with her mother's husband, or what? Man, that sounds wrong on so many levels...

hahah, yesss, well, my very first K-drama I watched was My love from another Star, so OF COURSE I fell in love with KSH right then and there HAHA and that's why I've been waiting so long to watch the drama, thinking I might get disappointed. But I'll definitely watch it now :D After two disappointing historical dramas I need something to heal me :D

I loved the first lead, but the second lead was my favorite character and he does not have a pretty ending, so if you're afraid that might happen: Do. Not. Watch. >_<

Ah, I watched all of them besides Moon that embraces the sun. Guess that'll be my next watch to heal my heart, then. I heard so many amazing things about it that I fear I might have too high expectations. :(

And Moonlight Drawn by Clouds... I dropped it because my favorite character dies :((((

haha yes! Someone should make a compilation like that :D But yeah, I am pretty good at denying reality, so i'll just think my OTP left the palace and lived happily ever after haha Which of the historical dramas you watched had good endings??

Yeah, I waited for the ending in purpose :( Historical dramas rarely give us satisfying endings *sigh* Ahhh such a pity, I loved LJG and IU together T__T Heartbroken... Do I even want to know what happens? LOL

I am Team Hwa Shin but so far I rated it a 7.5, simply because it's good but it's not fantastic. I am at episode 15, tho, maybe i'll change my rating once the story progresses...

Meh, by reading the comments here, I am glad I paused watching this when all was happy and good in episode 14 lol I don't think i'll finish this, I hate disappointing endings...

You should see him in 'I remember you' tho, hahaha

The focus lies on Kim Sung Yeol (Lee Joon Gi) and Jo Yang Seon. He does have a past lover, though, who plays an important role in the drama as well.

Can you spoiler me, please? It's marked as tragedy, so if one of them dies at the end, I don't want to watch it. I've had too much tragedy lately...

I found King of High School terrible, Master's Sun was so-so. You should check out 'I remember you', in my opinion his best drama so far :)

As I said, I am only at episode 10, so maybe it will get better. Btw, two dimensional doesn't mean that they don't have flaws, it just means that their characters aren't developed that well, and so far especially the leading man leaves something to desire. But well, there are a couple of episodes left, so I guess there is hope...
