I'm at episode 10 now, and so far the main couple is two-dimensional and hopelessly boring. All the side characters steal the show. If not for them, I'd have dropped this on episode 3 or so. A shame, but applause to the supporting characters!

I am hesitant to start this because as you said, Ha Suk Jin's character in Drinking Solo is sooooooo unlikeable, boring and in my opinion also acted out quite poorly. I also didn't care too much for the girl's guest appearance in that show. hmmmmmmm

I am only at episode 7, but omgosh, this ep was my favorite so far, I laughed SO MUCH, the procrastinating while 'studying', all the useless excuses and the broadcast and DACING, hilarious, seriously XDDD i didn't think I would love it so much. It's a bit lacking in the romance department but I hope it'll get better once the story progresses...

Is it a Com drama? or alot of tears?
'It's okay, That's love' is by far the best of the dramas she has been in. It's perfect in every single way... Much better than Jealousy Incarnate or Greatest Love.

I love this drama so much! I wasn't sure if it'd be my cup of tea, as I usually watch mostly romance or action and this seemed like a chick-flick. Hell, was I wrong. This drama is a true gem about the importance of friendship when coming of age. I can relate to many of the issues portrayed here, and seeing those 5 girls grow and overcome those obstacles, can really give you strength. This drama has such a deeply realistic feel to it, even the shocking events didn't feel out of place, but rather like scars that could happen to each and any of us. The acting was simply superb, the music so perfect for each of the scenes, and I simply cannot say anything bad about this show. Even so, something stops me from giving it a perfect score of 10. I really want a second season to have some closure and for Senior Kang and Song to finally find their love (we all know who they're destined to be with! haha), and then it might feel complete enough to be awarded a 10. For now, I'll give it a 9, and certainly will come back to watch again later.
On Love in the Moonlight Oct 21, 2016
I have to admit I am a bit surprised by the high praise for this drama. I am only at episode 7, and I loved the first two episodes or so, but then it already started getting repetitive and somewhat boring. It's definitely cute, but I am disappointed with the leading lady role.... She was so sassy in the beginning, and then suddenly she's all docile, scared and cute. I didn't buy it and I missed the spark that was there in the beginning. I absolutely love Bo Gum, though, so I was going to finish it. Unfortunately i got spoilered for a tragic thing to happen to my favorite character, so now I don't think I'll be able to finish it :-/

On another note: I have watched a lot of dramas with amazing female leads or side-characters. I think maybe you have to look for more mature dramas, rather than listing teen flicks like 'Heirs' or 'boys over flowers'. Trust me, I drop those kinda dramas with pointless cliché leads faster than a hot potato. I recommend you (besides It's ok that's love), Yong Pal, Good Doctor, I remember you, Age of Youth, Oh my Venus, Another Miss Oh...

Hands down my favourite female character is also from my favourite drama ever, Ji Hye Soo in 'It's okay, that's love.' She's successful, witty, confident and doesn't take shit from anyone. But still warm-hearted and supportive, a fantastic friend and drinking buddy and let's not forget how important a female lead is that doesn't get protected the entire time, but also does some protecting for a change. Hae Soo and Jae Yeol are such a perfect match in their imperfection, that it almost hurts. I could not recommend this drama more!

I want to watch it, but I really disliked 'You're beautiful' because it was too cheesy and cliché…
okay, i'll skip this one, then... Thanks!

I just watched episode 5, and I just had to come here and say: THIS DRAMA IS FANTASTIC. GO WATCH IT. NOW. Ahhhhh, seriously, I had little expectations when I started this, but I am loving it to pieces. I get a little bit the vibe of my favorite Anime NANA. The writing is amazing, there are some parts that crack me up like there's no tomorrow and then the next moment it turns serious and really heartfelt. It's such a nice slice of life drama, and really realistic, too. I can identify so well with all the characters and the living situation... I'm sad there are only 12 episodes, but I am sure I'll enjoy the rest of the ride just as much!

Hmmmmmmmm..... what to say? I really, really loved the beginning of this drama. Ahn Dan Tae just has got to be one of the most awesome characters, so much love for him! But I was a bit disappointed that he seemed to lose a bit of his badass kick as the story progressed, and it was the typical 'Amazing beginning - draggy middle - anticlimactic ending' process we are unfortunately seeing in too many K-dramas. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed the show, but the final episodes were filled with too many clichés and could have been so much better.
So my rating for this show dropped from a 9 to 7.5.
I still recommend it, as it is really light-hearted and funny and sometimes there is actually suspense as well.

Person Bang Min Ah
She looks so much like Jung Eun Ji! I hope they get to star in a drama as sisters or something, that would be too funny haha. I love Min Ah in Gong Shim, she's doing such a great job at acting, especially as an idol...

Title Squad 38
This was a really good drama. The writing in this show was superb. I loved all the characters in the gang and the comedy was to die for! Personally I think it would have been interesting to get to know more about the characters' personal histories and there was no closure to Jeong Do and Sung Hee story either. I felt like the final episodes were a bit too over the place, but all in all solid ending. When Jung Do called Sung Il 'hyung' for the first and last time, it brought a little tear into my eyes haha ai ai, We need a season 2! 8/10

Happy you think that way, and I hope you enjoy the rest of the series to the fullest :)

why is the title "from five to nine"?
Because when she starts training for the temple, her training hours are from 5-9 AM and 5-9 PM (she has her normal work in between)
On 5 to 9 From Five to Nine Jul 12, 2016
Overall, I definitely enjoyed the first half of the drama much more than the second. The side-character plots were really dull and could have been fleshed out much more (some of the actors were also pretty bad (Arthur-sensei, could you sound any more fake?), a lot of situations were over the top or didnt make sense). While I loved the main couple, there weren't many scenes that made me feel actual chemistry between them. Yet again I am reminded how much better Korean dramas are (production wise) from japanese ones. Sorry to say, but this had wasted potential. Maybe it's because the manga is already somewhat bland, I don't know...
Either way, it did have enjoyable and funny bits that made me laugh out loud, I just loved Takane-kun <3 6.5/10
