I don't think there's is anything like that. I think it's because they did not get enough chances to interact because they were in different teams throughout Youth Mt. Plus not everything was shown maybe they did interact but the footage didn't end up in the episodes. From what I saw however little their interaction was they did crack jokes and laughed with each other.
