It's just this one that isn't on starting this week list every other drama is there. So I don't think it's got anything to do with how busy they are.

Why isn't this on Currently airing or Starting this week list on MDL ?

It is low considering it's MDL. Most average dramas start with a rating of 8.3, 8.4. The ratings for this one hasn't fluctuated at all it's been 8.0 from the beginning.

Why is the rating so low? Are they already here?

Yoon Gil Ho reminds me of Kim Yoon Seok's character from The Chaser, only a lot cooler, crazier and scarier.

I think he stole someone's identify as a kid (someone older) to survive on the streets, so people would think he's older than his actual age. And he's still living as that person.

Yoon Gil Ho's one crazy bastard, and everyone is aware of the fact. I loved the scene where he meets the "Lemon" guy beats him up and when Gil Ho's about to stand up the guy goes "Please don't get up" already aware of what's coming.... Gil Ho proceeds to slam the Car trunk door on his hands (multiple times). He's beating people up, asking them what he wants to know and then beating them up again

They're not high schoolers, the timeline is 3 years after Kang Ye Seo's final year in highschool.
