Levels here mean how big of a star they are not their acting range. F.g. lets take Shin Min Ah and Kim Yong Dae (No Love No Gain). They are both good actors but one's almost a veteran and one's a newcomer (as a lead). So that's why I said I wasn't referring to their level but their acting range. They are average actors.

That is not what I meant, I wasn't talking about levels. I meant that they are both average as actors and at least 1 one of them needs to be above average to bring chemistry, plus they don't look good together.

That's more than enough reason to go after them, the way Gil Ho's character was described in the GV, He's someone who cares deeply for his people and Jae Hee is someone he loves unbeknownst to himself. So when he finds out who's responsible for her disappearance he goes after them without a second thought like an unstoppable force.

In an Action Romance drama

You just edited your comment from million to billion. Anyway i think 35 billion won would be enough for the genre. If the producers are not planning on using a lot of CGI and Big sets i think the amount would be more than enough. Queen Woo had a similar budget but the makers had to spend a lot on costumes, sets, CGI, even on casting. This dramas doesn't have a big cast or costumes.

My fav pair for romantic drama would be Ji Chang Wook and Seo Ye Ji. Just imagine the visual pairing. A few years back there were rumours of them staring in the Drama adaptation of "The remarried Empress", it was such a disappointment that it turned out to be nothing more than a rumour

KDRAMAS are cliche. The biggest selling point of Kdramas these days is cringe and unoriginalilty. Look at all the biggest hits for the past 2-3 years "Rom-coms" generalizing tropes...

2. Ml smiling all the time.
3. fatal accident or illness
4. Breaking up towards the end just to get back together in the last episode.
5. Rain and Umbrellas
6. The Misunderstanding
7. Psychotic mother/mother in law
8. 1 rich and other one poor (the leads)
9. Misunderstandings
10. Last one that is the most cliche these days making the drama a guaranteed hit.....

I forgot to add those two, they are part of my dream pairings as well. But there's very little possibility for Jun Ji Hyun she is hardly taking on new projects for the past few years, and even the ones she does are not romance.

When I saw TWOE last year I thought to myself that Park Junmo wasn't a character that can be overshadowed. But the way people are talking about JCW as Yoon Gil Ho saying that he's even better here, I can't contain my excitement. Nov 6 come sooner

The production team isn't dumb they are well aware of the fact that the audience won't be exited for a remake of the same old story. Apart from the synopsis that states "An ordinary person comes back for revenge after his life becomes a living hell due to being manipulated by another individual" everything will be different.... The characters, the storyline, etc.

Fabricated city wasn't exactly a revenge story it was more about him finding out the truth and revealing it to the world.
