Really cute! Glad I watched it, the story was nothing special quite straightforward actually but it was so comforting and especially towards the end. The 90s setup made it feel more cosy somehow. The leads were so good together 🥹
Does it get better? I'm in episode 7 and this show is soooooo boring, the only thing keeping me up is Bo Young…
Honestly if you don't like it at this point, you most likely won't like it at all. Just might not be for you. It's only 12 episodes and at this point the story's just developing from the first half.
So good! I do wish we get more Se Jin x Mirae somehow lol. The drama was so comforting and Park Bo Young was amazing. I believed there really were two people. That's how good she was. Park Jin Young as Ho Su was such a comforting character too. Park Jin Young was perfect for the role , I loved all the small details he incorporated to bring him to life.
Han Se Jin - ahh I love him! Ryu Kyung Soo was also amazing as Han Se Jin. That quiet, understated way he portrayed him makes me believe he does exist somewhere in real life. He's got that easy going, dependable trait to him. I'd love a spin off of him and Mirae's story. They compliment each other so well.
Ah this was so good! I'm not into watching violence/fighting so was never going to watch it but downloaded it to watch on the plane since there was only a few episodes. Best decision!
So Ji Sub was perfect for this role. I loved the gang setup/rule that was put in place to maintain the 'peace' and Gong Myung also surprised me here. The fighting scenes were awesome.
Overall, if you're thinking twice, just try it! You might be surprised.
Also, we’re really just starting to get into the story overall and really liking how we are getting to know the characters more. So I hope a 2nd season is possible. Although at this rate, the writer/director would just be doing the Yulje universe 🙈

Yes! And here the context is important. The anaesthesiologist and Yiyoung met on an even playing field and there’s shared camaraderie. But with Dowon, it doesn’t even seem like she really ‘saw’ him until that time he was defending her.
It was always him trying to get her attention or approaching her. Who knows how long they’ve been living together so to have that sudden change in affection must have been unsettling.
The anaesthesiologist is nice and I can see it if Do Won isn’t there but having watched the episode, it’s still Do Won all the way 🥺
When he saw Yi Young being panicked and made sure he’s as calm as he can be so she also relaxes, that was sooo sweet. And the fact that he must have been nervous too knowing it’s his first time doing that but nobody else seems to know, even Prof. Seo.
I just love when he came in and was putting on his scrubs and saved the day. He deserved that hug too but all he got was losses in this episode 🙈
