cinematography in this episode was next level! so many beautiful shots. that said, i do have some criticisms (and some positives too) this time around.

i said this last episode, but i really do miss teasing!beam. he doesn’t have too many lines so far and the ones he does have are really mellow. and even though we’re only at episode 3, we are almost done recapping season 1, so it’s odd to me that they didn’t include some of his snappy one liners from the previous version. we haven’t seen him tease kit at all. idk, i really miss that kitbeam dynamic.

they mellowed out phana’s character quite a bit too, but that’s a change i actually appreciate bcs he’s nicer to wayo, which makes me like their relationship more. they’re still not very interesting to me as a pairing but at least now i can understand them as a couple.

i think the acting was a bit worse for me this episode, but there are still marked improvements from the last 2moons in some aspects, especially with wayo and phana’s characters. i also find forth’s play on the character much more interesting than the last version’s forth.

also did anyone else die at the scene where wayo was running away from phana? it was so funny to me lol!

i was thinking about it and while there have been a lot of improvements, the one thing i miss from the previous version of 2moons so far is tee as beam. nothing against dome at all, but i miss the mischievousness that tee brought to the character. he was very teasing and playboy-like from the start. he also worked well with copter and you could really feel the irritation that kit was feeling bcs of beam lol. however, it’s only episode 2 and dome hasn’t had too many lines so far, so there’s still time yet.

we may actually be the same person bcs i highkey agree lol! old forth, new forth, and even book forth have always appealed to me more than phana. i would definitely be here for forthwayo although i do like forthbeam so lol

imma be mad if they cut any of their scenes lol. i need everything! the more mingkit the better. i already know after the series is over i’m going to be watching mingkit and (maybe forthbeam) cuts on youtube.

ok honestly, phayo is still pretty boring to me. to be fair, i can definitely see how they’ve improved from the first season. the acting isn’t perfect, but their interactions still feel more natural than the old wayo and phana. i also like how instead of giving us awkward pauses, we see exactly what wayo was imagining/fantasizing about. they’ve also mellowed phana out quite a bit. he’s much nicer to wayo, which i like a lot. i think teenage me would have loved their story, but adult me was more interested in the 30 second mingkit interaction and ming’s solo scenes as well . i did have some urge to skip thru to mingkit and ming scenes, but the fact that i didnt speaks volumes lol!

anyway can’t wait to see mingkit and forthbeam in the later episodes.

honestly, you have some points lol. it is colorist (racist whatever) that they overcast european mixed thais bcs they favour lighter skin (and lets be honest, white people), but going off in the comments of every bl series accomplishes nothing. you just look ...overzealous (to put it kindly lol), and then people become defensive and your message is lost.

also this isn’t your target audience bcs most people on here couldn’t care less and/or don’t understand bcs it’s not something that hits them personally and/or they’re complicit themselves. what you’re doing just leads to a pointless argument that, once again, accomplishes nothing.

if you’re this passionate about colourism/racism, i suggest taking it up somewhere more logical. join a protest or make a group/club at uni or something lol.

i’m never really gonna love phayo’s story but i have to admit pha is SO MUCH BETTER in this version. he’s way less stiff and actually shows some emotion. he’s also way less of a dick and even pretty funny.

literally same !! i thought i’d be way more invested in tol too but here i am also hyped for a remake of a series i almost didn’t finish lmaoo

you’re entitled to your opinion on the casting and the trailer etc. but rating a show that hasn’t aired yet doesn’t make sense. the trailer isn’t the show lol

i think the end date on here is just left over from when we thought it was airing from may 6th.

i’m pretty sure they’re only airing one episode a week, so it should probably end september 14th (assuming there are in fact 12 eps, i counted right, and they don’t skip any weeks lol).

i can’t even express how happy i am that we are finally getting forthbeam and mingkit stories. their pairings are much more interesting to me so i’m super pumped. just like you, im looking forward to this much more than i expected.

i feel like i finally got over any residual weirdness after watching episode 0 lol. the new actors really embody their characters well imo, which really helped me move on from imagining sb5 + godt everytime i thought about the characters lol

i don’t remember much, but i think tutor (saint) and fighter (zee) are “enemies” but fighter is dating tutor’s best friend hwa hwa. hwa hwa pushes them to be closer and tutor ends up tutoring (ha!) fighter. there’s a bit of love triangle between the three of them.

i dont too much remember the story of the second couple. but i think lazy subber posted a summary and like a relationship map of all the couples on fb a couples months ago

she bangs! this version looks like it’s going to be really good. i’m pumped.

i hope that’s true!! that means this version will be faster paced, which, personally, i like. the og version was too slow for my tastes
