There are so many actors in this drama that were in every Cheng Yi previous dramas
The more memorable one is the one with the messy hair, that was his brother in Promise of Chang An and in Stay with Me drama too
He had a strong bromance with him in those two dramas
I think those common actors are more like a family to Cheng Yi working with him in a lot of dramas together
That's why he's more comfortable in behind the scenes than in variety shows

He was in Word of Honor too but he wasn't villain there yet he was annoying too

Zijin isn't the only villain here but yes , he's really annoying and most of the time plays a very annoying character LOL

It's already released , it's not alternate , it's just new order of editing the same extra finale

No female leads here unless you consider the villainess a female lead LOL

I like the drama but I can't follow it yet , I think I will watch it later when it's completed
I can't even say if it's good or not yet

I tried only one Jdrama , Tokyo Mer it was very good but didn't try another to be honest their production isn't as good as korean nor chinese
Korean rescue drama is slightly better than Chinese , I've watched most of them
the recent one was first responders , it started okay but got into the romance and detective genera more

While I was rewatching the drama I noticed that when Li Lenhua wore the red dress and went outside to look for the Mirror , Di fishing was holding his hand like a lady in red LOL

And the male lead of that show now in prison I presume and cancelled from acting at all

I'm so happy for Mysterious Lotus casebook cast and their rising success
well deserved

I hope this drama has good adventures and angst more than romance, I really hope so
but I'm relieved that it has Bai Yu
I have missed him since his last modern drama aired a few months back,, I wanted to watch him in something different and really he picks different genera each time
The last drama aired of his was Take Us Home drama, a slice-of-life Chinese drama
I only watched his story in this drama and it was so good as usual, his melodramatic acting is beyond amazing

Do you feel good about yourself saying that, Hurting someone's feelings is very satisfying to you ?
or are you just a psychopath getting off on hurting other people?

He's cured now and they made an oath not to get married also I don't mean sexual scenes of course not in historical drama but I mean that it's very light romance not so heavy , it seems like it's not the main focus and to be honest , I liked that way

IQIYI will hold a concert for them upon the success of the drama
it milk it good but it's also good promotions for the leads
This will be the first drama to do so after Word of Honor

It's weird watching Cheng Yi from old happy camp episode
he was more active , more social and more competitive
I wonder what happened to him through these seven years to become that shy person in variety shows
