When it was on air , this drama grabbed my attention because of the demon brother's love for each other to be clear the main couple's relationship is boring
The Aquatic Demons brothers are the main story for me so I skipped most of the drama just for their story and how they were at odds yet really care about each other
That's what I liked and loved
Also the secondary romantic relationship was better than the main one
Afu's betrayal and evilness were always for his loved one but always doing it the wrong way

Just finished it yesterday and I have to say if it wasn't for the brothers in this drama and their story I wouldn't even care to watch it

Didn't like the main couple's story but loved the brothers story

Yes , that tattoo is totally Wu Liang's theme

This drama started heavy, sad, dark, and really intriguing
I like Angst and struggles , it's not gore but it's scary with it's plot theme
poison is the theme , spies and power struggle

I felt it's very appealing,, it's not summer drama it's very wintery drama
It's dark, Heavy and about Royal court affairs between the royal family I think
I loved Zhang Ling He
That's my first drama of him
he's so cute and child like , I feel his youth and young age in the way he speaks and acts

Very dark and mysterious
I liked it

Watch the other dramas I've mentioned You won't regret it they are all the same genera with same bromance vibe and same wuxia good fights

Don't make the same mistake I did and watch Heroes of Joseph , it was very very bad plot with horrible ending and very boring one

Me too LLH is his best yet ,, and I think the drama he's currently shooting is very good to the legends of hero with Xiao shen Yao

For people who are lost as I'm after Mysterious Lotus casebook ended

If you watched any of those you would know how good they are

He left them to die but somehow he lived another three months and they found him by the beach alive

If you were a fan of the actors it would have been a blast for you as it was for us
The three main leads , I've watched so many dramas of them before this one
each one has his unique character portrayal
for people who don't know them can't really feel their significance but they are brilliant here especially Cheng Yi , he's such talent with his sword dance Chirography
if you watched how clumsy he is in real life you won't believe that he's the same person

The way he fainted after getting shot is hilarious ,, The acting was so bad in this scene ,, I like angsty whump to make me believe that he's actually dying even for a second not simley fainting and the other one looking else where shouting his name LOL

The hair wig on his face was supposed to be beared ??

WHAT ??? Really what just happened ??
The princess ?? is real Villain ??? for real ?

The drama rating rose today on Doubain to 8.2 and there are a lot of top ratings elsewhere also

There is a scene where FDB sitting with the dog crying
he was sitting and playing with the dog crying,, that scene wasn't in the drama right
because I saw it in the Behind the Scenes video and I think it was when he was looking for LLH at the finale

They say he has leg injury from it

All of my recs are similar plot lines To MLC ,, they have that unique character with hidden past and the struggle to live happily freely with the burden of the past
