Good but not great. Imo it didn't have enough story to warrant 2½ hours of runtime. 1½ or 2 hours would be more than enough. It just kinda felt like it kept going on and on for no reason and I was ready for it to end halfway through. Especially the quiet in-between-fight scenes were particularly slow, I think it was just missing a bit of heart to make me care about the characters more. The quality was solid all around as is expected from Korean historical films, beautiful shots, music, and etc. An oldie but a goldie type of film.
It also helps that all three MLs are seriously good. Ahn Sung Ki delivered a PERFORMANCE, Jung Woo Sung's majestic hair was a character all on its own, and Joo Jin Mo's face card was lethal. Zhang Zi Yi was also good but her character consisted mostly of staring a whole lot which she did well.
It reminded me a LOT of Warriors of the Dawn but with a slightly different set-up. I liked WotD more, I think the overall pacing was better but both are very good.
Ending spoiler for those that need it in the spoiler below. I didn't find the ending satisfying at all, tbh. I figured it would've probably ended like this but I still would've hoped we got something better and at the *very* least a better conclusion. Like, c'mon.
Found only half of it on Youtube, from ep 11 onwards O.o Seems angsty so it's a bit of a shame I can't find it anywhere else Leaving the link here just in case, the rest of the series can be found in the channel: https://youtu.be/2EJkU8OPbco?si=TKGLEUO3iA1nhzfA
Where did you find 'finding you' ?? I have been trying to find that since forever but can't
I found it on Youtube. A lot of these verticals get taken down at some point but they tend to get reuploaded fairly quickly. If you look up the native title on Youtube, you should be able to find them but I already went ahead and posted some links I found on the drama page (https://kisskh.at/788678-finding-you#comment-23358234)! Enjoy!
