I'm on ep. 24 and it's driving me crazy how they are all making plans for her life, even her cultivation path, without consulting her like she did not just go against everyone in a courtyard with all the sects to protect SF.

I am on ep. 11 and this is exactly what I have been thinking. How exactly is she the best there is when she does not have critical thinking? She is all act first, think later and only thinks later because the emperor keeps yelling at her.

Immortal Samsara also did nothing for me. I didn't even finish the "first part". I will look into TYFY.

I loved it. The acting, the story, the music, the characters. Everything. But I will say, It is heavy on family and political drama. The harem part, only the Emperor has two wives and they say why he does. Plus, there is no harem intrigue.

So... what are you watching next? I have already finished LLTG and just finished this one. So now, I feel empty

I agree, and also a better ending. The way it ended felt so anticlimactic.

I scoffed when they showed him abd the Chidi woman dead in each other's arms. Maybe if they hadn't given them so much airtime, they could have done a better ending than just "I'm back". It felt so anticlimactic after the wringer of emotions they put us through.

I don't know about everyone else, but almost 20 minutes of HR and his never ending Shifu obsession was not what I wanted to watch in one of the last two episodes.
