There are obvious similarities (Age gap) but differences too..The female lead is jaded but not a pushover (she has made the hotel brand successful) and the lead pair doesn't know each other earlier at all..There is a melodrama tag here but I am hoping it will end good.

Dazzling ! Rarely does a show feel so good from the start. It hits the right beats everywhere-cinematography,writing,acting,direction ,costumes and music.The most pleasant kdrama I have seen in a long time-there was just no jarring element at all. Park Bo Gum and Song Hye Kyo may look an odd pair on paper but on screen they just radiate pure warmth and their interactions felt very real.This show seems set to be among my Top 2 shows of the year. Unmissable and worth rewatching even now.
This show is seriously superb! Came across Park Han Byul and Lee Tae Gon for the first time and they are super impressive.. Park Han Byul is very pretty and also performed beautifully as the entire show has her in the central role.I really preferred Lee Tae Gon among the leads as his track with her was the best part for me..While I skipped some parts,the second half was superb story wise. The ending was also the one i liked!
Completed this and found this a great show..As mentioned in various reviews and comments ,it is filled with unlikeable characters (female lead abandons husband and newborn baby,initially careless Male lead,elder leads who cheat on spouses ,father who can stoop to any low act to help his greed for a better future etc.) but all of them come through in the end ,redeemed and remorseful of their past acts. I felt the characters realistic (Strange,I know!) and the writing super addictive..The cute kid is super awesome too. I came here as this was from the same writer of "My only ally" and has some similar cast members. All actors do their job well in this.Really great family drama which is not all rainbows but still has a happy ending to satisfy you..
The final ending for the show seems to make no sense -it was poised to be a happy ending and the PD/Writer decided to kill the lead pair in the last minutes.
