How does this show compare ?

I know that feeling..This show is very difficult to move on from

As per me,this is an unmissable Kdrama if you love romance and suspense,,It is not too dark but is basically about the healing power of love and relationships

Was waiting for this one and it started airing now
The teasers look fun and LDW seems well cast as the smooth gumiho . Kim Bum is also returning after a long while..I also liked Jo Bo Ah in her recent dramas.

Thats given.. Flower of Evil is going to be a classic...with its own fandom

Wow, I saw the first "TOST" but missed when they corrected it to "TOAST"

True..I had actually seen around 8 eps of that and then stopped mid way..Maybe it was getting too dreary with the villains..I have picked it up again.
Seo Ye Ji is awesome in this and yes,the romance is great..

Its basically a romance presented as a suspense thriller.A love story at its core.Unlike any other kdramas u may have seen..and tropes u may have known or expected are presented in a different way..

Have started watching Lawless lawyer to overcome withdrawal pangs here..While not at the same level,it is an entertainer for sure

This is a very unique show in how it treated its characters..

I hope they do..Digital has almost killed physical media sales but this one will be a collectible if the release.

Nice.OSTs and BGM are a stretch for 10/10 but once you dig them ,you'll love them

Knowing how Kdramas work,highly unlikely.. Had there been a cop/lawyer/doctor type character , it could be done (Partners of Justice 2 ,Romantic doctor 2 ,Stranger 2 ,Queen of mystery 2 etc.) but there is no mystery left for the central character anymore ..No story and hence no sequel I guess.

Of course it can't be realistic.Its more a dark and modern fairy tale,if you come to think of it ..Its also about how manipulated perceptions can destroy people's lives and how someone without that perception (Cha Ji Won) can help rebuild it.
On LJK dramas,Iljimae is my fave..Its a 24 eps one and the show really gets better around midway.King and clown is very different in themes tho..You can check the synopsis if u want..

U can try Flower of evil...Shares some similar elements but no reincarnation etc.

Left this mid way..Initial eps were nice ( beautiful cinematography esp) but then it got dreary-watching it became a chore..
Just completed Flower of evil and many compared this to this show but feel that except having a serial killer as father of the ML there are no other similarities.
Maybe I'll take a look again and see

I second that.This strong relationship surprised me pleasantly..For a drama which initially was promoted as some kind of anti hero/villain/serial killer main lead show (eg.Dexter),never ever expected romance line to be so good..still never overshadowing the thriller elements till the last ep.

If u like LJK,you can watch Iljimae or Scholar who walks the night.. if you like thrillers,Tunnel is a good option

This one is pretty much at top for me right now.IONTBO is my other fave
