Its a fantasy not a historical tragedy drama like Mr.Sunshine..So there goes realism.Also it has comedy in spades and a developing romance ,so there come goofy and well delivered cheesy lines
One dimensional characters -LMH has dispalyed many shades,Woo DoHwan has actually a dual role,Kim Go Eun is a classic badass heroine..The villain is chewing the scenery
Prince on a horse -very charming and it is actually a king in the story so there.The visuals are stunning.There were horses even in Mr.Sunshine -no one seemed to bother there..
Mediocre acting-Good acting from everyone IMO so far..Even supporting characters are well cast

IMO Suzy is one of the most beautiful korean actress out there...I am getting major Suzy feels while seeing Kim Go eun in this drama.Maybe they look similar ?

I think this drama missed in casting the ML. He didnt suit the CEO role-looked too naive.The Jdrama did very well there

Ive also begun seeing some faults but that drama is like comfort food for me..Picks me up anytime..

I will not defend The Heirs which is the weakest LMH drama in my opinion (from a personal dislike to the love triangle) but the comments seems to be from a personal hatred towards LMH..
LIking or not liking a drama is a personal choice-maybe u like dramas i wont touch with a barge pole and vice versa . There is nothing obscure or vague about this drama IMO but then u have to watch it to get it..

Again the "Chemistry" comment...Guess the drama is not for u then
