I recommend u see Secret Garden by the same writer.There too,some scenes appeared random but got explained later in thebstory

But it totally goes broke in a case like Eternal Monarch..I mean this show has 11k watchers and actual No.1 Hospital Playlist has only around 7k watchers..This is a huge margin.
I think this system is useless.Nowhere is popularity given such a subjective view
As a case in point,if music ratings were taken in account and not actual sales and streams,would BTS ever be No.1 on Bilboard ?
This system is indefensible in isolation. Hope MDL takes heed of this as this is portraying a wrong picture.

This show made me appreciate some newer stars more -Woo Dohwan had led dramas, Kim Kyung Nam is also lead material. Jung Eun Chae ,though bitchy here,is super pretty

This show has 11000 plus watchers in MDL and there are shows with 6k, 5k and 4k viewers above this just due to the rating?
