This show seems like 2 halves -one half is about a fast paced business revenge thriller where the leads look sane and decide well and the other half is their personal lives where they make the worst possible decisions. Am upto 30 eps and feel this show could have been over in 20-30 eps if better sense had prevailed. It didn't and we have a drama full of angst. -you can forgive Yuwol/Oh Taeyang as he doesn't know what really happened but the character shift of Yun Shiwol is the most inexplicable one Still, the show is strangely addictive and is the only show I've felt bad about but still keep watching. The lead pairing is actually quite good and the business scenes and references to financial events of the past make this one a unique watch still.
Story picks up substantially after Ep 6. Am upto Ep 10 now and really enjoying the turnaround. Also, the way pre 2000 issues like dotcom boom and bust are used as plot points is actually smart writing and makes the show much better than a usual daily drama.
You know you are in love with the OST When you listen to " Pain or Death " OST by Samuel Seo on repeat and feel it's as good as it sounded the first time you heard it
Just started watching this and am done with Ep 6 -i usually like revenge dramas (that end happily though ) but things have got very heavy very fast here -this is a makjang on overdrive -and doesn't forbode a happy ending -quite entertaining and the period setting gives it a unique feel as to what events had happened in that time frame. Seeing this has not yet completed airing, might wait to see how it ends first.
Loving the OSTs a lot ! Just loved " Stay with me " and now they release " Wanna Hear Your Song "by O When- such a well sung Ost-you can keep hearing it in loop - Korea seems to have some of the most talented singers/musicians! Looking forward to more OST releases from this drama!
Can someone please remove the crybaby female lead tag.It is misleading and not at all what the drama is about. Yes,the female lead cries but is there a single kdrama where the FL doesn't cry?
Ji Sung and Lee Se young scenes together are stuff that just ooze perfect chemistry..I could have kept on seeing the show even if was only these 2 actors interacting with each other Unique medical drama that focuses more on feelings..
This should be so good !
