So true. It seems like he is telling fate I am going to give you what you want.
Today's episode official tagline: "Can the friendship of a younger brother overcome Heaven's will, or will it be defeated by a destiny that can't be defied?"
Re-watching ep.9: Mingyi Swa's outlook has changed in this episode to an almost fatalistic rebellion against fate. His anger and resentment when he looks at his father ordering him to war against his sworn brother, his quiet sorrow and helplessness when he says goodbye to Nared, his knowing and wary look as he gazes at his second brother and sees the jealousy there and that he can't trust him.
The culmination of all the bottled feelings comes out in this sentence: "So what if I die?"
Suphankanlaya is so pitiful. All she wants is to go home. The Golden Princess in a golden cage. At the same time, she still doesn't trust Mingyi Swa despite his help now and over the years. Which is understandable because she was traded in as a hostage.

Meh. He drove his son to his death then moped about it for nearly a year according to history books. I think the drama will show some of King Nanda's reaction.
Both Tre and Nine should be commended for the horse riding and action/fight scenes. I've watched so many dramas where it's easy to tell it's a trick of the camera or a stunt double but its a pleasure to see the actors do it themselves. Allows for better immersion into the story.
It's going to be brutal
