Need a moment to talk about the costumes. The costume designer did an excellent job. Especially for the Hongsawadee side. Mingyi Swa's outfits are gorgeous down to the smallest accessory. Yazu Datu Kalaya looks every inch the princess famed to be the most beautiful in the land.

Exactly. I understand that she didn't want to be controlled by others so she took the initiative. I think she provoked him on purpose so her father can have a good reason for a rebellion
Mingyi Swa must have complicated feelings in Ep.7 seeing the royal Thai siblings reunite. Nared loves his sister so much that he brought an army to the capital to take her back home, while MS's own brothers scheme and betray him and he knows it and can't trust them. It's no wonder he prefers Nared to his own brothers.
